Today,with the continuous innovation of science and technology and the rapid development of economy,the use of electricity in the world is also growing rapidly.The traditional power generation method alone can not meet the needs of people’s growing electricity consumption.As a rich and renewable new energy,ocean energy can alleviate the problem of energy shortage.At the same time,the development of ocean energy is of great significance for the sustainable development of society.In this context,a gyro-float wave power generation device is designed.The device is mainly based on the principle that the float resonates with the wave when it generates electricity in motion,so that the energy capture device can absorb the wave energy sufficiently to improve the power generation efficiency.The main contents:Firstly,development status of wave power generation devices at home and abroad is introduced.Several mature wave power generation devices are listed and their principles are elaborated.According to the different power generation modes,various kinds of wave power generation devices are summarized.The power generation principles of different types of wave power generation devices are elaborated and their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed.On this basis,a wave power generation device based on resonance principle,i.e.gyro-float wave power generation device,is proposed.The design of its resonance system structure improves the conversion efficiency of wave energy to electric energy.Secondly,Solidworks is used for three-dimensional solid modeling,and the overall structure of the power generation device is designed.The unique spring and spring telescopic rod structure in the device can not only provide oscillation restoring force for the float,but also adjust the amplitude of the device.On this basis,the wave forces acting on the float vibration system are solved concretely according to the linear micro-amplitude wave theory and Freud-Krylov hypothesis method,and the wave potential function is solved to calculate the wave pressure,the wave forces acting on the float and the motion response are obtained,and the pendulum displacement response of the float is solved.Then,the D-H method is used to analyze the kinematics of the gyro-float vibration mechanism.Based on Lagrange equation,the dynamic equation of the device is obtained.Then the dynamic simulation of the vibration system is carried out by using the simulation software ADAMS,and the motion law of the float mechanism is obtained according to the simulation results.ANSYS is also used to analyze and optimize the float shel.Finally,the vibration analysis of the vibration system is carried out,and the model of the vibration system is equivalent.The mathematical model of the vibration system is obtained,and the main modes of the natural frequencies of the resonance system are obtained.Then,through the analysis of the resonance system,the steady-state solution of the resonance system is obtained.According to the resonance theory,the elastic coefficient K of spring and the damping coefficient_of system are solved concretely.The space state equation and transfer function of the system are established,and through the simulation analysis of MATLAB,the change of the amplitude of the vibration system with the excitation frequency can be clearly seen.
