Based on the survey of macrofungal species diversity in the Jiaohe region of Jilin Province,this thesis conducted a basal source identification and taxonomic study of mycomedicine,aiming to provide basic data for the systematic study of mycomedicine resources in the region and even in the province,and to lay a solid foundation for more scientific and efficient development and utilization of mycomedicine resources.For the study of macrofungal species diversity,more than 1000 specimens were collected and surveyed in Jiaohe area of Jilin Province,and more than 200 specimens were consulted from the collection in the Herbarium of Mycology of Jilin Agricultural University(HMJAU).Using a combination of morphology and molecular biology,509 species of macrofungi were identified,belonging to 2 phyla,7 classes,22 orders,79 families and 207 genera.Among them,43 species of Ascomycetes,466 species of Basidiomycetes,185 species of edible fungi,165 species of medicinal fungi,and 102 species of toxic fungi.One new species was found and described,i.e.Cortinarius jiaoheensis T.Bau & Y.Luo,and two new records in China,i.e.Bolbitius bisporus E.F.Malysheva and Tubaria keralensis K.P.D.Latha & Manim.Species diversity is catalogued according to the Dictionary of The Fungi,10 th edition(2008)and Index Fungorum(http://www.indexfungorum.org,2021.1.30)system.For mycobiota,there are 14 dominant families with 10 species or more,containing 290 species,accounting for 17.72% of the total number of families and56.97% of the total number of species,including 52 species of Agaricaceae,42 species of Russulaceae,and 25 species of Mycenaceae,accounting for 10.22%,8.25%,and 4.91% of the total number of species in Jiaohe,respectively.There are 31 dominant genera containing 5 species or more,containing 242 species,accounting for14.98% of the total number of genera and 47.54% of the total number of species,including 28 species of the genus Russula,17 species of the genus Mycena,and 13 species of the genus Amanita,accounting for 5.50%,3.33%,and 2.55% of the total number of species,respectively.As for the geographical composition of species,163 species of cosmopolitan and 170 species of north-temperate distribution were found in Jiaohe area of Jilin Province,accounting for 32.02% and 33.40% of the total number of species respectively,mainly with cosmopolitan and north-temperate components.In terms of macrofungi resources,we have identified the base source of macrofungi resources in Jiaohe area of Jilin Province.It was found that the resources of mycomedicine in this area is very rich,and there are precious Chinese medicinal materials such as Inonotus hispidus(Bull.)P.Karst.and Hericium erinaceus(Bull.)Pers.A total of 165 species of mycomedicine with pharmacological activity were identified,of which 91 species are known for their traditional medicinal efficacy,mostly for clearing heat,dispelling wind and dampness,diuresis,eliminating food,stopping bleeding,activating blood stasis and tonic deficiency;73 species are known for their pharmacological effects,but their traditional medicinal efficacy need to be studied,mostly for their anti-tumor,antibacterial and antioxidant effects.The 97 species of medicinal food,both pharmacological activity and toxicity of 37 species,66 species are edible but their pharmacological activity need to be studied,what's more,43 species are toxic.
