Research On Climate-adaptive Landscape Design Of Commercial And Residential Zones In Cold Region

Living is the most essential requirement of human beings.Urban commercial and residential areas are the inevitable result of urban agglo meration to a certain extent.C ommercial and residential areas are developed on the basis of a traditional residential area,combined with various commercial facilities and entertainment facilities,and are mixed functional districts with convenient traffic condit ions.The landscape environment of urban commercial and residential areas is not only an outdoor space for people to see,but also a space carrier for people to perform most of their social behaviors,such as recreation,outdoor exercise,recreation,conversation,and gatherings.However,for cold regions,outdoor conditions such as severe cold,strong wind,ice and snow are important unfavorable factors blocking people from outdoor activit ies,which greatly reduces the vitality of urban public spaces and the utilization of urban landscapes.Therefore,the climate adaptability design of the outer space of the city is very important for the landscape design of the commercial and residential areas in cold regions.In this context,this article focuses on the optimization of outdoor landscape condit ions in cold region commercial and residential areas,and provides safer,more comfortable,pleasant and healthy outdoor leisure space for residents in cold region commercial and residential areas through scientific and effective landscape design strategies and techniques.The research object of this paper is the cold region commercial and residential areas,and the research content is the climate adaptability of the cold region commercial and residential area landscape design,that is,through in-depth exploration of the climatic characteristics of the cold region city and the characteristics of the commercial and residential areas,combined with the uniqueness of the cold region city,explore the climate adaptability design strategies and design techniques suitable for the landscape design of commercial and residential areas in cold region cities.First,summarize the relevant theories and previous studies involved in the landscape design of the cold area commercial and residential areas,and conduct a comprehensive analys is of the spatial physical environment of the cold region and the characteristics of the commercial and residential areas under the influence;then further dig deeper into the factors affecting the landscape design of commercial and residential areas in cold regions.Based on fie ld investigation and problem analysis,the princ iples of flexibility,openness,and efficiency in cold climate adaptability design are put forward;and under the guidance of corresponding principles,referring to a series of typical cases of landscape design of commercial and residentia l areas in cold regions,the specific design strategy of climate-adaptive landscape design of commercial and residential areas in cold regions is proposed from the three aspects of space creation,environment construction and element configuration.Finally,according to the climate characteristics of cold regions,from four perspectives: suitable for wind,suitable for cold,suitable for snow and suitable for light,specific design methods for the site selection,functional integration,facility configuration and activity creation of cold commercial and residential areas are proposed.This paper excavates and researches the characteristics and influencing factors of urban commercial and residential areas in cold regions,and finds climate-adaptive design suitable for landscapes in cold regions,which will help guide the future urban commercial and residential landscape design.At the same time,the design principles,design strategies and design techniques proposed in this article provide a basis for the optimization of the exist ing urban landscape in the cold region,and provide a feasible way for the construction of the cold region to deal with the severe cold climate while taking into account the quality of the outdoor landscape.
