Waterfront space has a positive and important significance in improving people's life quality and improving urban microclimate environment.In severe cold areas,the four seasons change clearly and the winter lasts for a long time,and the micro climate change of waterfront space is complex,which leads to the decrease of comfort and space vitality.This paper takes the improvement of waterfront space microclimate environment as the breakthrough point,compares and analyzes the waterfront space microclimate environment status under different spatial environment influencing factors,and puts forward optimization strategies for improving urban waterfront space microclimate environment.Through field investigation,different surface types,different vegetation layout forms and different spatial structure layout are selected as the influencing factors of waterfront space microclimate environment.The research method mainly adopts the combination of field test and computer simulation software ENVI-met.Harbin waterfront space,a representative city in severe cold area,was selected to study the microclimate in autumn and winter.Based on the measured data,ENVI-metsoftware is used to simulate and analyze the spatial microclimate of waterfront.The purpose of this paper is to explore the relationship between urban waterfront microclimate and spatial environmental factors in severe cold regions.The results show that the surface humidity of bare soil stones along the waterfront is high,and the evaporation humidity is relatively high.The comprehensive index effect of bare soil stone surface is better than that of impervious surface pavement and sand beach with low heat storage performance.In the waterfront spatial layout,it is recommended to allocate the bare soil stone type surface appropriately.The transpiration and temperature regulation of vegetation cover in waterfront space makes the humidity larger and the temperature difference smaller,and the wind speed is less affected.The determinant and group vegetation cover have better and more flexible regulation effect.The effect of the combination of bare soil,stone and vegetation on microclimate is the most obvious.Scientific planning and design should be combined to make waterfront space more beautiful and comfortable.
