With the development of communication services, the problem of spectrum planning has gradually emerged. How to alleviate the unbalanced spectrum allocation and make full use of spectrum resources according to the characteristics of different radios has become an urgent problem for people to solve. In ultra-short wave radio communication, user mobility is strong, network topology structure is changeable, and network environment is complex.Current spectrum allocation methods cannot meet their needs for fast and accurate spectrum access.Game the ory is an important mathematical theory. It has been more and more widely used in dynamic spectrum access.Taking this as the starting point, this article combines game theory with ultra-short wave radio spectrum access technology to enable distributed ult ra-short wave radio users to achieve stable access through mutual games.First of all,the article analyzes and introduces the network characteristics of the ultra-short wave radio and research needs based on the communication characteristics. It introduced the basic knowledge of spectrum access, including the allocation of spectrum resources, the classification of spectrum access, and so on.At the same time, the access model commonly used in dynamic spectrum access is studied, and the game theory model is selected as the basic model of ultra-short wave radio dynamic spectrum access.Secondly, through the introduction of ultra-short wave communication and the analysis and summary of the characteristics of ultra-short wave spectrum resources,in view of the relatively small number of ultra-short wave radio users, strong user mobility, and strong "regional" characteristics, innovatively proposed a channeltime-varying dynamic spectrum access model based on the game theory, which fills the gap that most of the current dynamic spectrum access research is based on the time-invariant network environment. In the game theory model, the expectation of the maximum transferable rate of any user is used as the benefit function of the system to ensure the convergence of the game. Finally,a distributed channel selection algorithm based on time-varying channels is proposed.Users continuously change their channel selection probability through specific strategies.Multiple users finally stabilize at an equilibrium point through the game and obtain a better access state. In view of the shortcomings of slow convergence speed of distributed dynamic spectrum access algorithm and possible channel entanglement,a distributed channel selection algorithm that introduces a restart period is proposed.Through software simulation, system benefits, access time, access rate and access accuracy of original algorithm and improved algorithm are proposed. These four indicators and the simulation analysis proves the superiority of the improved algorithm: distributed channel selection algorithm which introduces the restart period.
