With the rapid development of electronic technology,the application of electronic equipment in military and civilian fields is increasing and the control of electromagnetic waves between various devices to avoid mutual interference,which becomes a current problem that needs to be solved.Especially in the military and aerospace fields,the weight of equipment needs to be strictly controlled,so lightweight electromagnetic shielding materials need to be developed.Biomass porous carbon material combines the advantages of carbon material and porous structure,with low density,rich pore structure,high dielectric loss and eco-friendly features,which provides a new choice for electromagnetic shielding material.In this paper,we design and prepare a porous carbon material with layered multi-level pore structure for the application of electromagnetic shielding direction,which enhances the scattering and absorption of electromagnetic waves in the interface,maintains good structural stability while having low density,investigates the influence law of different graphene contents on the performance of porous carbon by adding graphene real.The main research of this paper is as follows:A variety of doughs with different degrees of fermentation were rolled and pressed into dough sheets,and the hierarchical multi-level pore structure was designed and prepared by alternate stacking of dough sheets,and the pore size and pore wall thickness of porous carbon were regulated by controlling the yeast content and carbonization temperature during the preparation of precursor system.Under the carbonization temperature of 1000?,the compressive strength of the porous carbon without yeast can reach 12.23MPa,and the highest compressive strength ratio can reach 2.29:1 in different pressure directions.The structure has alternating layers of large and small pores,which makes the electromagnetic shielding performance anisotropic,and the average SE_T ratio can reach 1.45:1 in the direction perpendicular to the layup and parallel to the layup.With the addition of graphene oxide,the electromagnetic shielding properties,mechanical properties and thermal conductivity of porous carbon are enhanced on the original basis.The compressive strength reaches 13.5 MPa with the addition of graphene oxide at 0.2 wt%,which increases the strength by 25%,and the highest SE_Tof porous carbon in the X-band increases to 33.95d B,which improves by 14%;the anisotropic performance in mechanical properties is affected by the graphene oxide content,which shows a trend of first enhancement and then weakening during the increase of graphene oxide content.
