Abstract/Summary:
With the development of people’s living level and the improvement of science and technology people’s living standard,water shortage has gradually become the focus of environment protection.In recent years,the national standard of sewage discharge has been improved continuously.The new high efficiency and environmental protection sewage treatment technology is gradually replacing the traditional sewage treatment method.Among many new wastewater treatment processes,ozonation is considered as a new advanced oxidation technology.In sewage treatment,this technology is highly efficient and has no secondary pollution.In ozonation,it is one of the key points of this technology to make ozone generator produce ozone efficiently.Among them,the power supply of the dielectric barrier discharge ozone generator is the key technology of the ozone generator.The research work of this paper is to drive the dielectric barrier discharge ozone generator to produce ozone by high pressure pulse power technology,and to treat the wastewater of coking plant by using the ozone.The ozone load properties of different types of ozone generators under high voltage pulse power supply are studied by the design of high voltage pulse power supply of microsecond level.The influence of the temperature rise and ozone production of the load surface of the ozone generator under the micro second high voltage pulse power supply is studied through specific experiments,At the same time,some related technologies of treating coking wastewater by ozone oxidation method and the effect of high pressure pulse power supply in treating coking plant wastewater are also studied.The main results are as follows:1)A kind of micro second high voltage pulse dielectric barrier discharge power supply is developed and improved.A kind of medium frequency microsecond high voltage pulse power supply with continuous adjustable repetition frequency is designed.The simulation of the circuit topology is carried out by using Simulink module in MATLAB,which verifies the feasibility of the power supply scheme.2)The load of different types of ozone generators was studied.The load current and voltage waveforms and the main loop current and voltage waveforms of four different loads under the excitation of this power supply are discussed.At the same time,the operating power and load temperature rise of the power supply are studied,and the optimal matching scheme of the power supply and the load is given.3)The influence of power supply voltage,repetition frequency and load gas flow rate on the ozone concentration,ozone production and production efficiency of the ozone generator is discussed,and the best ozone production method to improve ozone concentration,production and production efficiency is given.4)The effect of the ozonator driven by this power source on the treatment of the wastewater from the actual coking plant is studied.The degradation effect of initial p H and catalyst on COD of coking plant wastewater was discussed.The results provide experimental and theoretical reference for the wastewater treatment of ozone generator excited by high voltage pulse power supply.
