Research related to drought resistance gene expression and drought resistance traits in arabidopsis thaliana.In this study,T1seeds were obtained from Arabidopsis thaliana by the transformation of aquaporin Gs AQPs PIP2-7,protein phosphatase Gs PP2C 68,alkaline Leucine zip Gsb ZIP 47 and transcription factor Gs EREBP,which were cloned from wild soybean Yong 46 in laboratory.The Gs AQPs PIP2-7,Gs PP2C 68,Gsb ZIP 47 and Gs EREBP genes in wild Arabidopsis thaliana were used as control to study the effects of drought stress.The results show that:The separation ratio of T1and T2seed of impure transgenic Arabidopsis thaliana conforms to Mendelian separation rule 3:1.After drought stress,After drought stress,leaf and root dry weight of transgenic Arabidopsis thaliana with Gs EREBP gene was higher than that of the other three transgenic and wild-type Arabidopsis thaliana.The root-shoot ratio of transgenic Arabidopsis thaliana with Gs AQPs PIP2-7,Gs PP2C 68 and Gs EREBP was significantly higher than that of transgenic Arabidopsis thaliana with Gsb ZIP 47 and wild-type Arabidopsis thaliana.The total root length and root surface area of Gs EREBP transgenic Arabidopsis thaliana were significantly higher than those of Gsb ZIP 47 transgenic Arabidopsis thaliana and wild-type Arabidopsis thaliana.Leaf number and leaf area per plant of the four transgenic types were significantly higher than that of the wild type.After 48h drought stress,the SOD activity of Gs AQPs PIP2-7,Gsb ZIP 47 and Gs EREBP genes was higher than that of wild-type Arabidopsis thaliana.The POD activity of transgenic Arabidopsis thaliana with Gs AQPs PIP2-7 and Gsb ZIP 47 was significantly higher than that of wild-type Arabidopsis thaliana.The MDA content of transgenic Arabidopsis thaliana with Gs AQPs PIP2-7,Gs PP2C 68,Gsb ZIP 47 and Gs EREBP transcription factor genes was lower than that of wild-type Arabidopsis thaliana,while the content of chlorophyll in transgenic Arabidopsis thaliana with Gs EREBP transcription factor gene was significantly higher than that in wild-type Arabidopsis thaliana.The transferred Gs AQPs PIP2-7,Gs PP2C 68,Gsb ZIP 47 and Gs EREBP could all express normally in Arabidopsis thaliana,which could improve drought resistance of Arabidopsis thaliana to some extent after drought stress.In conclusion,transfer of Gs AQPs PIP2-7 and Gs EREBP transcription factors can improve drought resistance of Arabidopsis thaliana,and transfer of Gs PP2C 68 and Gsb ZIP 47 transcription factors can improve drought resistance of Arabidopsis thaliana to a certain extent.
