Laser marking technology makes use of laser high coherence,non-contact,high precision and other characteristics,and is widely used in industrial production and research.With the rapid development of the Internet industry,the concept of "one object,one code" has gained popular support.Compared with traditional inkjet marking,laser marking information code is safer and faster.The existing laser-based qr code marking method basically adopts high-speed positioning system,such as galvanometer scanning system,which is realized by vector scanning and grid quantity scanning and marks a pixel with one pulse.This serial marking method puts forward high requirements on the speed and performance of galvanometer.Aiming at this problem,the introduction of this new spatial light modulator optical device,spatial light modulator can finish similar to mask the underlying parallel lattice marking,at raising the speed of the engraving also broaden the qr code laser marking on the application of the small dimension and microstructure in this paper,the main contents for spatial light modulator high-speed fu code modulation algorithm is designed,and the actual situation recognition algorithm,and integrated design of practical software implementation of qr code high-speed online code marking.The main tasks are as follows:First,by designing the fast generation algorithm of full-system phase modulation and improving the characteristics of two-dimensional code on the basis of the traditional algorithm,a hybrid region weighted gradient Fourier iterative algorithm which can generate fast convergent low-error modulation calculation full-system graph is obtained.Secondly,combining the beam propagation law and Fourier optics,a feasible scheme for improving the output beam uniformity for different light sources and marking targets is provided.Third,by designing the visual positioning and recognition algorithm of two-dimensional code in small format,this paper proposes the two-dimensional code recognition algorithm in this case,aiming at the problem of using two-dimensional code marked by spatial light modulator to shoot high-resolution images with CCD camera.Finally,based on the above algorithms,the corresponding control software is designed and verified.
