Ferula sinkiangensis K.M.Shen is a perennial short-lived early spring herb of the Umbelliferae.It is only distributed in Xinjiang and is now endangered.Endophytic bacteria are a kind of microorganisms that are widely distributed in plants and do not cause obvious damage and adverse effects on host plants.They can participate in many processes such as host growth and development,evolution and metabolism,and help host plants and parasitic plants to dissolve.The chelated phosphorus and potassium in the soil fix the liquid nitrogen in the air and absorb the necessary nutrients and trace elements.The production of a variety of auxin directly promotes plant growth,etc.,is a kind of potential green resource with development value.In this study,we selected endophytic bacteria of Ferula sinkiangensis K.M.Shen as the research object,and used the qualitative test of the medium to screen the function strains to explore the effect of the endophytic bacteria of Ferula sinkiangensis K.M.Shen on the growth of wheat.The main findings are as follows:1.2 strains of phosphate solubilizing bacteria,5 strains of potassium-dissolving bacteria,127 strains of nitrogen-fixing bacteria and 74 strains of IAA-producing strains were screened from 188 strains of Ferula sinkiangensis K.M.Shen endophytes.The strain AW57 has the functions of dissolving phosphorus,fixing nitrogen,dissolving potassium and producing IAA.The ratio of the dissolved strontium to the diameter of the colony is 1.879,and the ratio of the potassium strontium to the diameter of the colony is 1.664.According to the quantitative measurement of IAA,the amount of IAA produced by AW57 is shown.Up to 29.3mg/L.2.The strains were identified by ITS region strain identification method.AW57 strain was a fungus belonging to Aspergillus sp.The most suitable culture environment was evaluated by response surface analysis.The optimal culture conditions of the strain were:culture temperature 23.79?,pH value.7.13.Under this condition,the predicted growth rate of the strain was 56.28 mm·d-1.3.The suitable concentration of AW57 liquid sprayed by watering and soaking can increase the germination rate of wheat seeds,and increase the plant height,leaf length,leaf width,stem diameter,root number and fresh weight of seedlings.And the seedlings are heavy.The germination of wheat seeds and the growth of seedlings treated at 20%of the bacterial concentration were superior to those of other concentrations,especially in the case of spray treatment.4.In the treatment of insoluble phosphorus,the addition of insoluble potassium and the simultaneous addition of insoluble phosphorus and potassium,the strain AW57 interacts with wheat to promote the plant height,and at the same time,the concentration of bacteria is 20%.Insoluble minerals work best.5.Under the addition of insoluble phosphorus(tricalcium phosphate)and insoluble potassium(potassium feldspar),the interaction between wheat and strain AW57 can improve soil fertility at different times and significantly increase the 1000-grain weight of wheat.
