With the rapid development of radar detection technology,the rapid and accurate calculation of the radar cross section of the target has become a key issue that we need to study.Since most of the target that need to be calculated reflect the characteristics of large physical size and relatively complex structure,under the irradiation of high-frequency incident waves,they often face problems such as excessive electrical size of the target,high computational complexity,and insufficient computational resources.Therefore,it is particularly important to study how to use the high frequency asymptotic method to quickly predict the electromagnetic scattering characteristics of the target.The Shooting bouncing ray method is used to analyze the electromagnetic scattering characteristics of the target.In order to improve the calculation efficiency of the algorithm,this article firstly considers the discrete triangular surface elements on the target surface as an independent ray tube based on the modeling advantages of the triangular surface element.The first intersecting process between the ray and the target surface;then the octree algorithm is used to optimize the longest ray tracing part in the Shooting bouncing ray method;then the interpolation method is used to quickly predict and analyze the target at multi-frequency points and wide The electromagnetic scattering characteristics in the angular domain;then analyze the problem of excessively large program memory when calculating the radar cross section of electrically large and complex targets,and use extracore technology to store a large amount of calculated data so that it can be calculated in the same way.Larger and more complex scattering targets can be calculated under resource conditions.Finally,according to the basic principles of the bouncing ray method,multi-task parallel calculation is used for ray tracing,multi-frequency point calculation and data postprocessing,which further improves the calculation efficiency of this method.This paper compares the calculation results of the method with the calculation results of the commercial software FEKO by calculating a number of examples,and proves the correctness of the implementation of the method.While optimizing the algorithm,it combines highperformance computer clusters to analyze the electromagnetic scattering characteristics of electrically large and complex targets in a short time.
