Pump skid is an indispensable equipment in the installation of deep-sea suction barrel Foundation(also known as suction anchor).The pump skid realizes the reversing control of pump motor drainage and water injection under high-pressure environment through hydraulic power compensation technology,so that there is a pressure difference inside and outside the suction barrel foundation,resulting in the corresponding upward and downward moving force.Moreover,the pump skid uses the advanced design of deep-sea pressure resistant communication electronic cabin,It can meet the remote control operation,monitor the real-time data in the current installation process,and greatly improve the installation success rate.Combined with the research and development of pump skid system at home and abroad,a general underwater pump skid system is designed in this paper.The system is composed of surface multi-functional upper computer system,underwater embedded communication control cabin and underwater display system.The upper computer is mainly responsible for the display of real-time data and database recording.At the same time,it has the selection of working mode and the setting of pump motor running power.As the communication hub,the embedded communication cabin uses multi-threaded design,which is responsible for multi-channel sensor data reception and upstream and downstream communication,and realizes the pump motor adaptive algorithm drive at the same time.The underwater display system is responsible for receiving the downstream data of the communication cabin,Provide high refresh rate and resolution display.In addition,the overall system operation is optimized at multiple levels.The sensor communication layer uses the IO synchronization mechanism.According to the actual needs of the project,the chi square distribution mathematical model of sensor importance analysis is established,the optimal solution is obtained,and the optimal system adjustment strategy is designed in turn to improve the response of the whole system.The adaptive control algorithm of pump motor optimizes the PID parameter domain and improves the accuracy of motor control by fitting the positive distribution data set and MATLAB simulation.After many long-time system joint commissioning tests,the results show that the system has strong real-time data acquisition and drive control capabilities,and can work in extreme environments and successfully complete all functional tests.Therefore,the system has all the functions of the remote monitoring system of the underwater pump skid.
