Neonatal jaundice is one of the most common clinical symptoms,60%of full-term newborns and 80%of premature newborns are accompanied by symptoms of jaundice in varying degrees.Neonatal pathological jaundice can easily lead to complications such as bilirubin encephalopathy and sepsis.these complications often damage the neonatal nervous system and have a higher mortality and sequelae rate.Therefore,the neonatal pathological jaundice auxiliary diagnosis system is beneficial to avoid complications and reduce the pressure of medical staff,and choose appropriate preventive and therapeutic measures according to the diagnosis results to reduce the level of neonatal jaundice.In this paper constructs a framework for the auxiliary diagnosis and decision-making system of neonatal pathological jaundice are constructed,and based on the characteristics of neonatal pathological jaundice and the current status of treatment,t discusses the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and fuzzy logic rule for the prevention and treatment of neonatal pathological jaundice are used to establish neonatal pathological jaundice prevention and treatment decision-making base.Firstly,based on the fuzzy logic rules,the fuzzy logic rule bases for prevention and treatment of neonatal pathological jaundice are constructed by combining the diagnostic criteria,types,prevention and treatment methods;secondly,according to the diagnostic criteria of neonatal pathological jaundice,five diagnostic indicators are extracted as a set of factors,and an evaluation matrix of each factor is given based on the examination results given by the consultation expert,interval type-2 fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to the risk evaluation of neonatal pathological jaundice,and the evaluation results are obtained,then,based on the evaluation results and the diagnostic criteria for the types of neonatal pathological jaundice,the types of neonatal pathological jaundice are diagnosed;thirdly,the diagnosis result is matched with the input of the fuzzy logic rule base of prevention(treatment),and the corresponding fuzzy logic rule is driven to complete the auxiliary diagnosis and decision-making of neonatal pathological jaundice;finally,the effectiveness of the fuzzy logic rule base for the prevention of neonatal pathological jaundice is verified by using the fuzzy toolbox of MATLAB software.Based on the type-2 fuzzy set theory,the interval type-2 fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and fuzzy logic,the paper constructs a fuzzy logic rule base for the prevention and treatment of neonatal pathological jaundice,combined with the specific symptoms of neonatal pathological jaundice,the auxiliary diagnosis and treatment method of neonatal pathological jaundice is proposed,which provides a new method and new idea for the intelligent diagnosis and treatment system.
