In recent years,due to the impact of global climate change,natural disasters occur frequently in China,especially flood disaster,which has caused the most serious impact.Due to its unique geographical location and the characteristics of concentrated heavy rainfall in a short time in summer,the Huaihe River Basin has been prone to flood disasters.In recent years,China has attached great importance to the flood disaster control in the Huaihe River Basin.With the rapid development of remote sensing satellite technology,it plays an important role in flood disaster dynamic monitoring.The Moderate-Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer(MODIS)data is popular in flood disaster monitoring because of its high temporal,spatial and spectral resolution and its wide coverage.At the same time,because microwave can penetrate clouds and is not affected by weather,microwave remote sensing can realize all-day and all-weather monitoring,which can be well applied in flood disaster monitoring.It is of great significance to combine RS and GIS in flood disaster monitoring and flood risk assessment.The main research contents of this paper include:1.The inundated water body of the Huaihe River Basin from June to August of 2010 to 2021 was extracted by USING MODIS data,and the time series change diagram of the inundated area was made,and the curve diagram of the maximum inundated area from 2010 to 2021 was statistically made,and the inundated situation of the whole Huaihe River Basin from 2010 to 2021 was statistically analyzed.Sentinel-1 and GF-1 data were used to extract and analyze regional flood water.2.This paper introduces the evaluation method of flood disaster loss by overlay analysis before and after water flooding in scope change,land use data in combination with statistical main types of land use from 2010 to 2020 the affected area and farmland affected area,and according to the situation in this paper,the administrative map of land use of provinces and cities,and farmland affected area.Combined with the statistical results,it is concluded that farmland is the most seriously affected land type in the Huaihe River Basin,indicating that the flood disaster has a significant impact on the agricultural economy in the Huaihe River basin,and anhui and Henan provinces.3.From the three aspects of flood hazard,exposure and disaster prevention and mitigation ability,9 index data are selected to construct the flood disaster risk assessment index system in the Huaihe River Basin.The analytic hierarchy Process(AHP)is used to determine the index weight,and the fuzzy comprehensive analysis method(FCA)is used to analyze the flood disaster risk.Figure[56]Table[17]Reference[72]...
