Oceanic scientific investigations are of great significance for humans to study the ocean,to explore the origin of life,the evolution of the earth,and to develop marine resources.The world has invested a lot of money to carry out a lot of research work on it.Oceanic scientific research data is an important first-hand achievement of oceanic scientific research.Through in-depth study of oceanic scientific research data,it provides decision-making basis for human development,protection and utilization of the ocean.Therefore,scientific and effective management of ocean scientific research data is an extremely important task.Because the ocean is a huge and complex system,ocean scientific investigations must use a variety of scientific investigation techniques,scientific investigation methods and scientific investigation equipment to explore the ocean from multiple angles.At the same time,with the advancement of science and technology and the deepening of ocean research,new scientific investigation technologies,scientific investigation methods and scientific investigation equipment will be continuously introduced into the ocean during the scientific investigation.The diversified and developing oceanic scientific investigation methods make the scientific research data diverse and dynamic,and difficult to be effectively managed.Therefore,this paper proposes a dynamic adaptation management method for ocean scientific research data based on data particles and dynamic correlation graphs.The main research work is as follows:(1)By analyzing the characteristics of oceanic scientific investigation,and then summarizing the characteristics of oceanic scientific research data;(2)Aiming at the characteristics of ocean scientific research data,a database building method of ocean scientific research data based on data particles is proposed.This method researches on the construction of scientific research data from two aspects of data sets and data items,abstracts them according to the characteristics of the data sets and develops corresponding storage strategies to reduce the redundancy of scientific research databases.On this basis,the basic constituent unit data particles can be obtained by abstracting them according to the form characteristics of the data items.Different types of data sets and data particles can summarize the complex and diverse scientific research data forms to build their data models and dynamically build the scientific research database;(3)In view of the situation that the dynamic database construction and the retrieval strategy caused by the unknown data association in the database cannot be determined in advance,this paper proposes an retrieval method that automatically mining association for ocean scientific research data based on dynamic association graph.The method automatically mines the association relationship between the data and dynamically builds the association graph model of the target data,and then searches out the retrieval path to dynamically develop the retrieval strategy to achieve comprehensive retrieval of multi-disciplinary and multi-type scientific research data.The practical application of Southwest Indian Ocean scientific research data shows that the dynamic adaptive management method of ocean scientific research data based on data particles and dynamic association graph proposed in this paper can scientifically and effectively manage ocean scientific research data.
