Typhoon is a serious threat to human life and social health in coastal areas.How to effectively organize typhoon disaster information from different sources and provide data and decision support for disaster emergency management is of great significance.Information is the source of knowledge.If information is integrated with experience,existing knowledge and understanding,information will become knowledge.In recent years,with the development of knowledge graph theory and application technology,its powerful knowledge integration and expression ability can provide strong support for the dynamic monitoring and management decision-making of typhoon disaster events.Aiming at the problems of insufficient expression of temporal and spatial states and rules in current typhoon disaster event related models,and difficulty in effective integration of knowledge related to temporal and spatial characteristics,a multi-level typhoon disaster event knowledge expression model is constructed based on the existing typhoon disaster and emergency management knowledge;for the typhoon disaster knowledge acquisition link,this paper focuses on the research based on temporal and spatial characteristics Based on the semantic entity alignment and conflict resolution method,the effective integration of typhoon disaster event knowledge from different sources is realized;on this basis,the typhoon disaster event knowledge graph is constructed,and the performance evaluation and case analysis of the graph generation results are carried out to verify its practical application value in the field of disaster information organization and disaster response management.The main research contents and achievements include the following aspects:(1)Knowledge Modeling of Typhoon Disaster Events Considering Concepts and RulesThis paper systematically combs the relevant knowledge available in the current research field of typhoon disaster,and summarizes the content and description characteristics of typhoon disaster knowledge from different sources.From the perspective of disaster science,geography and emergency management,the knowledge system of typhoon disaster events is constructed.Taking the typhoon disaster event as the core,the disaster pregnant environment,disaster causing factors,disaster bearing body and response behavior as the basic components,the component elements of typhoon disaster event are modeled,which can express the characteristic changes of various objects in different time and space states.Based on the expression of the relationship and rules in the knowledge system and element model,a typhoon disaster event knowledge expression model is constructed,which is based on the concept,with the element as the core,the relationship as the link,and the rules as the interaction.(2)Knowledge fusion method of typhoon disaster events based on spatiotemporal semanticsStarting from the structural relationship of "event object state attribute" in the knowledge representation model of typhoon disaster events,this paper proposes a knowledge fusion method based on spatiotemporal semantics.Firstly,the referential similarity between object nodes is calculated to realize object fusion;secondly,the spatiotemporal characteristics associated with state nodes are used to judge to realize state fusion;finally,the attributes in the state are merged,and the possible conflicts are detected and resolved.The fusion method can not only satisfy the similarity of semantic features of the object itself,but also take into account the temporal and spatial correlation of the object in different states,which ensures the accuracy of typhoon disaster event knowledge graph construction and new case knowledge.(3)Construction and evaluation of typhoon disaster event knowledge graphBased on the knowledge representation model and knowledge fusion method of typhoon disaster event,the construction process of typhoon disaster event knowledge graph and the data model of typhoon disaster event knowledge representation are studied.Finally,typhoon disaster event knowledge is generated and stored in neo4 j graph database.The performance evaluation of the knowledge graph shows that the knowledge graph of typhoon disaster events has good accuracy and certain knowledge coverage.Taking typhoon "Maysak" in 2020 as an example,the practical application effect of typhoon disaster event knowledge graph is explored.The results show that typhoon disaster event knowledge graph has the application value of providing data and decision support services for typhoon disaster event response management.
