Since the 21st century,with the rapid development of urbanization,people's water consumption in production and life has continued to increase.Many countries and regions in the world are facing severe water pressure.In addition,various water problems caused by unreasonable human activities,deterioration of water environment and waste of water resources are becoming more and more serious,which pose challenges to the development,utilization and sustainable development of urban water resources.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the vulnerability of urban water resources system and understand the situation of urban water resources.As an important petrochemical base in China and the main grain and cotton producing area in Henan Province,Puyang has made remarkable achievements in economic and social development.However,due to the constraints of its geographical location,resource-based city and commodity grain base,the water conservancy foundation is extremely weak and the amount of water resources is extremely scarce.On the other hand,due to the neglect of environmental treatment in the economic development of Puyang City,the local water environment problems are also very serious.The water quality of the main rivers in the city is almost class V and inferior to class V.as a result,the development and utilization rate of the local surface water resources is very low,and the production and production can only rely on the exploitation of groundwater,which also leads to the overexploitation of groundwater all year round.It can be seen that water resource vulnerability problems such as water resource shortage,water environment deterioration and unreasonable water supply structure seriously affect the social development of Puyang City,which is an urgent problem to be solved in Puyang City.At present,the research on water resources vulnerability in Puyang City is very limited.Based on the summary of water resources vulnerability evaluation methods at home and abroad,this thesis has carried out the following research:1.Clarify the research content.Puyang City,Henan Province is selected as the research city.By consulting relevant literature and collecting relevant data,this thesis studies its regional overview and water resources system from the basic concept of water resources vulnerability,and preliminarily determines 15 index factors affecting water resources vulnerability from the aspects of water resources,economy,society and environment according to the actual situation of the city.2.Build a key impact index system.Principal component analysis was used to identify the relative importance of the preliminarily selected 15 impact indicators,and10 key impact indicator factors affecting the vulnerability of water resources in the region were selected.3.Determine the index weight.The combination weighting method is used to weight the selected 10 key indicators.4.Determine the evaluation method of water resources vulnerability.Through the analysis and comparison of different methods,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,grey correlation analysis method and TOPSIS method are selected to analyze and evaluate the water resources vulnerability of Puyang City in recent 20 years,so as to determine the degree and development trend of water resources vulnerability in this area.5.Determine the dominant factor.Through the calculation of the contribution degree of various indicators,the main impact indicators affecting the vulnerability of water resources in Puyang City are found out.The above research shows that the influence indexes selected by principal component analysis can replace the original preliminary indexes and significantly improve the calculation efficiency;Although there are differences in the evaluation results of water resources vulnerability of Puyang City in recent 20 years by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,grey correlation analysis method and TOPSIS method,the overall trend is roughly the same.The water resources vulnerability of Puyang City has improved,but it is still in a relatively fragile stage.
