As one of the important equipments of cold rolling mill plant,cold-rolling mill is mainly used in steel rolling.The rectifying device in cold-rolling mill plays a key role during rolling.The offset roller bearing seat in rectifying device is mainly used to withstand the impact and turning force produced during rolling,so its strength and stiffness will affect the reliability and processing accuracy of the whole equipment.Thus it can be seen,the bearing seat shall be required to have sufficient strength,stiffness and longer life.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the stress and strain of the offset roller bearing seat,and it is of significance for extending the life of the roller bearing seat to carry out reliability analysis and life evaluation.The paper takes the offset roller bearing seat in cold-rolling mill as the research object.Firstly,the bearing seat is force analyzed to calculate out the joint force value of the bearing seat and the joint force value of the steel belt and the bearing seat and the roller;Then,structural static property analysis and structural dynamic property analysis are performed using finite element software,according to the simulation results,the dangerous parts of the bearing seat was found out;Finally,the fatigue life estimation of the bearing seat was carried out,and its reliability was studied.The main research contents of this article are the following five points:(1)According to the offset roller shaft,bearing parameters and the calculated out the load of the bearing seat under actual working conditions to calculate the load of the bearing seat;(2)Then according to the bearing seat,shaft and bearing installation form for theoretically calculation of the bearing seat,at the same time,bearing seat was subjected for mechanical analysis by using the finite element software;(3)According to the stress at the dangerous parts of the bearing seat,the fatigue life of the bearing seat is estimated through the formula in the finite element;(4)Reliability analysis of the bearing seat was carried out;(5)Considering the actual damage and finite element software simulation results,the improvement scheme for bearing seat is proposed,then,the proposed scheme was evaluated to effectively prolong the fatigue life of the bearing seat and also improve the reliability;...
