As the inevitable trend of technology upgrading and development in the coal industry,intelligent coal mining is the key to realize safe and efficient coal production.In response to the call of the state and Shanxi Province on promoting the intelligent construction of coal mines,jinbangde mine will build the first intelligent mine of Shanxi Luliang Xishan Huawei Mining Management Co.,Ltd.Taking No.10406 intelligent working face of No.10 coal seam in jinbangde coal industry as the research object,aiming at the key technologies of intelligent mine construction,this paper studies the operation safety and reliability of intelligent working face in jinbangde coal mine by comprehensively using various research means such as theoretical analysis,numerical simulation,check calculation and field test.The main research work is as follows:(1)According to the technology of one-time full height mining method,the overburden structure movement and roof pressure step of No.10406 intelligent working face are analyzed by using the basic roof fixed support beam fracture mechanics calculation method.The theoretical calculation shows that the initial pressure step is 29.5m and the periodic pressure step is 12.6m in the No.10406 intelligent working face.(2)The mining overburden movement law of No.10406 working face is analyzed through numerical simulation.When the initial pressure step is about 30 m,the working face begins to collapse in a large area.With the continuous mining of the working face,when the periodic pressure step is about 13 m,the plastic zone of the surrounding rock of the stope becomes larger.It is confirmed that the numerical simulation results are consistent with the theoretical analysis.(3)According to the production capacity and the functional requirements of the underground intelligent working face,the complete equipment selection of No.10406 intelligent working face is theoretically calculated,checked and analyzed.The No.10406 intelligent working face control system is constructed,which includes automatic centralized control system,electro-hydraulic control system,mining roadway centralized monitoring system,video monitoring system,ground monitoring system,etc.the composition and implementation functions of each subsystem are analyzed in detail.(4)The effect of process coordination and optimization operation of intelligent mining in No.10406 working face is analyzed.The optimal coal cutting speed of shearer is 4.79 m/min and the optimal single cycle coal cutting time is 71.97 min.The longest moving time of hydraulic support in the whole working face is 33 s,the shortest moving time is 20 s,and the average moving time is 25.5s.The maximum movable column shrinkage of hydraulic support is 6.6cm,the minimum value is 0.2cm,and the average value is 2.4cm.The results show that the system can meet the coordination of intelligent and efficient recovery and transportation process,and the system production capacity and transportation capacity can play the greatest role.(5)The multi-level fuzzy analysis comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the reliability of the intelligent working face,and 5 primary evaluation subsystems and 25 secondary evaluation indexes are established.According to the principle of maximum membership,the comprehensive evaluation result of the reliability level of 10406 intelligent working face is relatively reliable through the weight of each index and the evaluation feedback of 20 personnel,The resource recovery rate and equipment startup rate are improved,and the number of personnel is reduced.The research results have reference and guiding significance for the study of operation safety and reliability of intelligent working face under similar conditions.There are 25 figures,18 tables and 93 references in this thesis.
