For a long time,domestic Marine acoustics research often pays more attention to the offshore continental shelf shallow sea environment,and lacks long-term and systematic accumulation of deep sea acoustics research.Therefore,it is in line with the actual needs of China to gradually expand the research field from near shallow sea to deep sea.The study on the sound propagation characteristics of the deep sea sound field at large depth and the summary of the sound propagation law of the deep sea sound field can provide some theoretical support for deep sea exploration and communication.Therefore,this paper focuses on the acoustic propagation characteristics of deep-sea acoustic field.Firstly,the main factors affecting sound propagation in deep sea sound field at large depth are analyzed,and the distribution law and characteristics of sound velocity in deep sea are analyzed.The Bellhop ray model based on Gaussian beam tracking method which is suitable for deep sea acoustic propagation simulation is constructed on the basis of analyzing ocean acoustic propagation model which is suitable for deep sea acoustic propagation simulation,which lays a foundation for the subsequent deep sea exploration and characteristic research.Secondly,Starting from the passive sonar equation,the technical bottleneck of target detection based on reliable acoustic path is attributed to the limited propagation range of direct sound waves.Bellhop is used to compare the acoustic propagation in different water environment and its own parameters.Based on the ray model,The Bellhop simulation based on Gaussian ray model is used to analyze the maximum detection distance of target based on reliable sound path in typical deep sea environment.The detection range of reliable sound path is studied from the perspective of sound propagation.Finally,based on the ray model,the characteristics of convergence area and acoustic shadow area in deep ocean acoustic field are analyzed,and the acoustic propagation under deep ocean acoustic field of flat seabed,slope seabed,seamount seabed and trench seabed is studied successively.Through the Bellhop model simulation based on Gaussian beam tracking method,the propagation track and propagation loss are compared and analyzed by using the reflection and refraction effects of seabed topography,and the causes of the regular phenomenon are further analyzed,and then the general law of the influence of typical seabed topography on sound propagation is obtained through comprehensive analysis.It provides technical support for sound propagation in deep sea environment.
