The structural disease detection of underground tunnel is the first step of tunnel disease treatment,which not only provides an effective basis for tunnel maintenance and treatment,but also has a very important significance for the evaluation of tunnel safety level.Due to the large volume,long length,poor illumination and other characteristics of the tunnel,the existing methods of disease detection have poor detection result and low precision.3D laser scanning technology not only has the advantages of fast data acquisition,high degree of automation,less light requirements,but also is suitable for collecting data in various types of underground tunnels.Its application in tunnel disease detection can solve the shortcomings of existing detection methods.This paper focuses on how to better apply 3D laser scanning technology in underground tunnel disease detection,and studies the rapid detection technology of tunnel apparent disease,so as to promote the efficiency of tunnel disease detection.The specific content and main results are as follows:(1)This paper summarizes the basic working principle and characteristics of 3D laser scanning technology,and briefly introduces 3D laser point cloud data and point cloud data processing technology,such as point cloud registration,denoising,segmentation and surface reconstruction technology.(2)The collection of 3D point cloud data in tunnel will affect the efficiency and accuracy of disease detection.According to the characteristics of tunnel structure and detection accuracy,this paper develops a data acquisition scheme to meet the requirements of tunnel disease detection from two aspects of control measurement and point cloud data scanning,which can quickly and accurately collect point cloud data and ensure the quality of data.Finally,the preprocessing method of tunnel point cloud data is determined,through which the tunnel apparent data of diseases to be detected can be obtained.(3)The detection of tunnel leakage disease is a very important work.In this paper,a method of using 3D laser scanning technology to detect leakage disease is proposed.The method uses point cloud processing to identify the tunnel leakage disease and calculate the area of the disease,so as to realize the rapid extraction and statistical analysis of leakage disease,improve the efficiency of leakage disease detection,and provide reference for tunnel construction Health status assessment provides data support.(4)For the detection of tunnel crack disease,this paper applies the 3D laser scanning technology to the detection of crack disease.By turning the 3D point cloud with heavy workload into two-dimensional image,and then using image processing method to process the image,a three-dimensional laser scanning technology is proposed in the detection of tunnel crack disease.The results show that the method can pick up crack disease quickly and correctly,and can calculate the information of the number and length of the cracks,which save the detection time of the crack diseases and analyze the crack diseases of the tunnel quickly.
