The cascading failure in network system can cause catastrophic accidents to the national economy,people's safety and social development.The classical threshold model is widely used in the study of cascading failure dynamic evolution.It considered individual binary decision and describes cascading failure completely.However,the cascading failure process of the real system is often accompanied by the recovery process,and different recovery mechanisms have different effects on the evolution of the cascading failure dynamic behavior of the network.Therefore,this article introduces cascading failure behaviors of networked systems with recovery mechanism,analysis of the timing recovery,recovery cost,network structure,transmission threshold on the influence of the dynamic evolution process.And the model is extended to the two-layer network system,and the dynamic evolution law of cascading failure behavior of the coupled system is explored under the combined effects of network structure,coupling mode and decoupling logic.The research results are helpful to further enrich the understanding of the mechanical behavior of network cascade,and provide theoretical guidance for reducing the occurrence probability of large-scale network cascade before failure,selecting effective recovery strategy when failure occurs,and timely restoring system functions after failure.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)Study On Cascading Failure Behaviors of Single-layer Network with Recovery MechanismFor single-layer network puts forward a network cascading failure model with recovery mechanism compared with the classical threshold model,this paper introduces the recovery mechanism,the recovery time to consider in detail,initial failure node proportion of restoring,and the threshold of the impact of cascading failure behaviors.The experimental results show that early intervention improve,the recovery cost increasing,and the propagation threshold can significantly improve the robustness of the network.And the propagation threshold q and recovery ratio R have step characteristics(2)Study On Cascading Failure Behaviors of Two-layer Network with Recovery MechanismIn order to study more general information dissemination mechanism,this paper will have a recovery mechanism of cascading failure model to double network,network type coupling mode recovery mode is studied in detail,and in the network node from the logic of system dynamic evolution process.In order to more fully to simulate the coupling between the layers of independent network,abundant relationship between use AND.The decision logic of OR simulates the mutual compensation and interdependence between networks respectively.It is found that under the logic of AND,when the ER-ER AND ER-EXP coupled networks are outmatched,random recovery can effectively maintain the network function but has lower recovery cost.Under OR logic,isolated recovery of single-layer networks is almost invalid,while simultaneous recovery of upper and lower networks can provide better recovery performance at the same recovery cost...
