As the kernel part of realty business enterprises-project construction,with the continuous rise of its construction investment cost in recent years,the difficulty of project management has gradually increased,Project management needs to reduce risk through project evaluation.At present,China's engineering construction projects pay more attention to pre-project evaluation and project evaluation,and lack sufficient understanding and application of post-project evaluation.On the one hand,the content of the post-evaluation work is complex and the actual operation is difficult,and many enterprises are unwilling to spend financial and material resources in the post-evaluation.On the other hand,research methods of post-project evaluation mostly adopt fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,neural network and other ways and such research ways have the problem of randomness and ambiguity in data research and processing,and cannot express data laws concisely and clearly.In this thesis,depended on the reality requirement of R engineering projects to intentionally carry out post-project evaluation,the cloud model is introduced into the post-project evaluation of R engineering,so as to realize the transformation of post-project evaluation from qualitative evaluation to concrete and quantitative evaluation,display the shortcomings in the project in a more systematic and scientific way,summarize the practical experience for enterprises,research and explore the theoretical basis and practical application of cloud model in post-project evaluation.This thesis first analyzes the development prospects of the domestic construction industry,draws the conclusion that the market as a whole maintains a low-speed growth trend.According to the relevant needs of the construction and development stage of the enterprise,the importance of post-project evaluation is analyzed.Then,based on the existing home and foreign literature,the research content and methods are evaluated and the fields and deficiencies not covered by the theoretical research are looked for,and the current status and advantages of cloud model are analyzed in combination with the actual needs of the items,and the importance and practicability of the cloud model applied to the post-project evaluation of R engineering are introduced.Secondly,through the literature combing method,the indicators suitable for this paper are selected to construct the indicator framework,and the selected indicators are further improved by the expert interview method,and finally,a set of evaluation system in line with R engineering projects with three levels was established.Secondly,the success of the construction project is divided into five levels according to the evaluation criteria: "very successful","comparative success","success","less successful","failure",and then stipulates the corresponding scoring range to establish a qualitative index factor comment set,and generates a standard cloud map with the help of Matlab software.Finally,six experts belonging to universities,real estate consulting units and engineering construction units were invited to score the project,draw a comprehensive cloud model through the cloud parameters of the corresponding indicators calculated by the score,draw the results according to the analysis of the comprehensive cloud map and the standard cloud map drawn,analyse the disadvantages of the project in the programme process according to the results,and propose corresponding improvement measures to provide reference for the construction of the enterprise's subsequent projects,avoid the occurrence of similar situations,and promote the wally evolution of the enterprise.This thesis believes that in order to better grasp the effect of R project construction and the development of similar projects in the future,it is necessary to conduct post-project evaluation and propose relevant safeguard measures.
