The 21 st century is the ocean century.The island is the fulcrum for mankind to explore the ocean.The ocean plays a key role in national economic development,national defense and security,and territorial delimitation.It is an important strategic space for my country to build a maritime power.The development of islands first needs to solve the problem of power supply.Therefore,it is necessary to rationally use renewable energy to build a power supply system to meet the energy needs of human exploration and development of the ocean on the basis of protecting the marine ecological environment.Relying on the multi-energy complementary microgrid test project of an island in the Yellow Sea,this topic studies the structure,composition,energy management and control technology of the island multi-energy complementary microgrid power supply system.Energy management and control technology is the key technology of the multi-energy hybrid microgrid.This thesis first analyzes the renewable energy power generation characteristics of the island where the microgrid test project is located,determines the new energy generation type and complementary characteristics in the microgrid,and designs the microgrid structure And components;based on the modeling and simulation of power supplies,energy storage devices and other equipment in the microgrid,design the maximum power point tracking control method for wave energy power converter,and the hierarchical energy management control strategy for island microgrids,and build control Platform,complete the test.The main research content and results of this thesis are as follows:1.Introduced the current research status of island multi-energy hybrid microgrid,wave energy converter,and micro-grid energy management and control technology,and analyzed the complementary characteristics of renewable energy resources of the island where the micro-grid experimental project was built,and designed the structure and importance of multi-energy hybrid microgrid Component part.2.Analyzed and designed the important components of the island multi-energy hybrid microgrid,and analyzed the working principles and mathematical models of the main power supply(wave energy converter,solar battery)and energy storage devices in the microgrid,and completed the modeling and simulation.experiment.3.Analyze the output power characteristics of the pendulum wave energy converter,the main output power source in the microgrid,design and apply new power control methods to improve power conversion efficiency,and build an experimental platform to verify the effectiveness of the power control method.4.Analyze the energy flow of the microgrid power generation system during operation,design an energy management control method suitable for the island multi-energy hybrid microgrid power supply system,and conduct a simulation operation test of the microgrid power supply system to verify that the control method operates in the microgrid power supply system It can coordinate the work of the power supply and the energy storage device,stabilize the bus voltage,balance the energy flow,maximize the use of multiple energy sources,and realize the stable operation of the microgrid system.
