As a kind of mobile information data,geographical check-in data contains rich semantic,temporal,and spatial information and other regular knowledge,which provides an opportunity for many scholars to study geographical phenomena from the aspects of distribution pattern,interaction,and dynamic evolution.The check-in data provides a rich data basis for relevant research in the form of text and pictures.Therefore,semantic mining based on the check-in data,qualitative identification of urban social perception level,and correlation analysis and research combined with the attribute information of time and space are of practical significance for the promotion and planning of urban global awareness.Based on the Two-step,Six-legged outdoor travel platform geographic marker photo data and Sina Weibo platform text check-in data,this paper uses the Deepsentibank model and Jieba word segmentation technology to mine the semantics of check-in data,and uses the potential Dirichlet distribution model to classify semantic features and topics,By introducing Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory and landscape ecology theory,this paper constructs a recognition framework of social perception hierarchy,divides the social perception hierarchy of check-in data semantics,and realizes the qualitative recognition of social perception hierarchy;it also analyzes and depicts the characteristics of urban public social perception from the aspects of place emotion,spatial interaction,and timely spatial evolution.In the case study,Xiong'an New Area is selected as the case study area.The research results show that the social perception level of the urban public in Xiong'an New Area has a hierarchical phenomenon,and has different characteristics and characteristics in place of emotion,spatial interaction,and temporal and spatial evolution,as follows:(1)Xiong'an New Area has the phenomenon of social perception hierarchy.The identification results of social perception hierarchy are consistent with the identification framework of social perception hierarchy established by Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory and landscape ecology theory.The highest level of urban public perception is the real physical level,followed by the behavioral interaction level and perception psychological level,and the last is the cultural style level.The higher the level of social perception,the lower the degree of urban public perception.(2)On the whole,the semantic emotion of social perception place in Xiong'an New Area is more rational,with positive emotion and neutral emotion accounting for a large proportion and negative emotion accounting for the least proportion;the comprehensive social perception evaluation results based on the zoning unit are consistent with the "one master",that is,the starting area;"Five auxiliaries",namely Xiongxian County,Rongcheng County,Anxin County,Zhaili and Zangang,have a certain degree of spatial coupling characteristics;the farther away from the urban development area,the lower the result score.(3)Among the characteristics of spatial interaction: the real physical level and perceived psychological level have formed the obvious "umbrella" coverage characteristics with Rong town,Anxin town,and Xiongzhou town as the main core,and the coverage degree of spatial interaction network is relatively comprehensive and the intensity of spatial interaction is high;the "umbrella" coverage characteristics of behavioral interaction level are more obvious,and the network coverage and spatial interaction intensity of spatial interaction are second to the real physical level and perceptual psychological level;the level of cultural features presents the characteristics of "semi umbrella" coverage,and the spatial interaction network coverage and spatial interaction intensity are the weakest.(4)The time evolution shows the overall evolution characteristics of "river wide narrow wide".At the same time,there are high and low peak months in the social perception level in the "wide river" and "narrow river".The spatial evolution generally shows that the spatial boundary of the main urban planning and development areas of Xiong'an New Area changes from "scattered to continuous" and "large core gathering",and the distribution of large core is stable;in the rest of the peripheral towns,there are a few small spatial boundaries with "replacement and change" and "small core dispersion",and the distribution of small core is characterized by variable and less spatial evolution.
