2021 is the first year of the 14th Five-Year Plan.Tobacco is an important real economy of the country.Tobacco companies in various cities have launched corresponding reform policies for the 14th Five-Year Plan.Among them,reducing costs and increasing efficiency and promoting smart tobacco logistics are the main ideas.At present,many tobacco logistics centers in cities use automatic or semi-automatic sorting lines to sort cigarette orders.Although the efficiency is greatly improved compared to manual work,the sorting tasks of the sorting lines and the order sorting sequence are arranged.The reservation mode is still used,and the equipment operation mode cannot be adjusted according to the order,and the flexible operation is poor.Therefore,based on the corresponding model and solution algorithm,this paper improves the task allocation and order sorting of the current sorting line,so as to increase the overall efficiency of the tobacco logistics distribution center,improve the flexibility of operations,and improve the level of customer service.This paper takes the tobacco logistics distribution center in F city as the research object,and grasps the principles followed by the tobacco logistics distribution center in F city in the task allocation of sorting lines based on actual investigation and other methods.The actual situation is adjusted,resulting in unreasonable phenomena such as large gaps in the completion time of different sorting lines and uneven labor on individual days;The secondary distribution process results in the phenomenon of secondary unloading and secondary loading,which is very unfavorable for arranging the order sorting sequence.According to the above problems,this paper determines the F the whole city lines,teasing out the historical sales article 59 lines,in view of the corresponding line,product gauge and sales,using the FCM clustering algorithm about F tobacco logistics distribution center jurisdiction 59 distribution route clustering analysis,according to the sorting line sorting time,sorting quantity equilibrium constraints,clustering analysis;Secondly,taking the sum of order sorting delay time and processing time generated by different order sorting in the sorting process as the objective function,the genetic algorithm is used to solve the order sorting result,so as to solve the unreasonable order sorting problem and reduce the sorting completion time.Finally,the comparison analysis before and after order ordering optimization is carried out by modeling and simulation verification,so as to get a better solution.In this paper,an algorithm is designed and solved for the problems existing in the tobacco logistics distribution center in City F.In terms of task allocation of the sorting line,the task allocation mode of the sorting line after using the FCM clustering algorithm has effectively improved the balance of the sorting line by 18.82%;In the task ordering of a single sorting line,an objective function is established to reduce the sorting delay time and waiting time,and a variety of factors that affect the total sorting time are considered as constraints.The sorting time of the sorting system is optimized by 9.86%.
