Laser hard tissue ablation technology has a broad prospect in dental treatment, and has become a research hotspot and difficulty in the field of laser medicine.Based on the research status of laser ablation of tooth hard tissue and the clinical needs of dental treatment, this paper systematically studied the ablation characteristics, dose effect relationship and large area ablation technology of 9.3?m CO2 laser by combining theoretical analysis with experimental study of ex vivo extraction of human tooth tissue The ablation thresholds of enamel and dentin irradiated by?m wavelength light source were 6.07 J/cm2 and 5.76 J/cm2,respectively.The ablation characteristic parameters of tooth hard tissue such as ablation rate and ablation efficiency were evaluated, and the dose-response relationship of tooth hard tissue laser ablation was preliminarily explored. On this basis, the effects of different focusing states on tooth hard tissue ablation were studied. The feasibility of laser ablation of large area of yellow tooth was also studied. The ablation effect and thermal damage degree in dry environment and water spray environment were explored, and the effect of different power on ablation effect was explored. The phenomenon of laser hard tissue ablation of healthy teeth and caries was compared. The results are of great significance and reference value for optimizing the selection of CO2laser dose and further quantitative study of thermal damage.
