In recent years, the identification and perception of important biological and environmental substances has become an important target in the field of chemical sensors. Many analytical methods have been studied. However, all of these methods require the use of complex testing instruments and have many shortcomings. On this basis, fluorescence method combined with suitable probe is a good way to measure the analyte, because fluorescence perform rapid, nondestructive and high sensitivity, suitable for the application of highthroughput screening, and can provide positioning of the target material and the quantity of real information. In this paper, three fluorescent probes for the recognition of active small molecules were designed and synthesized by using three different fluorophore groups. The specific contents are as follows:We designe and synthesize the fluorescent probe DN-NH using dansulfonyl chloride as the fluorescent group. The results of UV-vis and fluorescence spectra showed that the probe could selectively identify formaldehyde in water solution(10 m M,PBS,pH = 7.4,1% DMSO)without interference from other substances. The detection limit was 0.0236 ?M,and it was successfully applied to fluorescence imaging of human umbilical vein endothelial cells. We design and synthesize fluorescent probe Y1 based on 4-diethylamino cinnamaldehyde. The probe was sensitive and specific to cysteine in acetonitrile/water(1:1,v/v,1 m M,PBS,pH= 7.4)solution with detection limit of 4.43 ?M.The results of cytotoxicity test and cell imaging test also show its application in cell detection. We use the Cy-7 as fluorescent groups, design and synthesiz a ratio fluorescent probe Y2,in anhydrous ethanol/water(1:5,v/v,1 mm PBS,pH = 7.4)mixed solution, can rapidly(5 min)response to HCl O,and the fluorescence intensity at 590 nm and 802 nm shows a proportional change. So it can effectively avoid the interference of the external environment and the detection limit is 0.156 ?M.
