Research purposes:To study the characteristics of body posture when walking With Pull box,and to explore the influence of different use modes and different Weight of pull box on body posture characteristics.Research methods:Fifteen healthy males were selected as subjects.They pushedand pulled the box body with 10%,20% and 30% of their body weight under thetwo methods of side push and back pull,respectively.Basic gait parametersand kinematics parameters of the trunk were collected by using VICON infraredmotion capture system,and dynamic parameters were collected by using 3d forcetable.The data were compared with the subjects' normal gait data.Research results:Compared with normal gait(0%BW),when the box weight reached10%BW,the walking speed decreased,the double support time increased,the left step frequency decreased significantly,the right support time and the Swing amplitude of center of gravity in the coronal plane increasedsignificantly.When the body weight reached 20%BW,walking speed decreasedsignificantly,double support time,right ankle dorsiflexion and toe Flexion Angle increased significantly.When the box weight reached 30%BW,the peak value of the right foot ground reaction force increased significantly,and comparedwith the box weight of 10%BW,the right step length decreased significantly,trunk forward,left Angle maximum,right ankle dorsiflexion,toe flexion Angleincreased significantly.Compared with side pushing,the step width of the boxdecreases significantly when it is pulled back.The peak of ground reaction forceof left and right foot increased significantly.Research Conclusion :(1)Pushing and pulling the box to walk will cause asymmetric changes in the kinematics and dynamic parameters of human gait.In the process of pushing and pulling the box,the human body can maintain the stability of the human body by slowing down the pace,reducing the step length,and increasing the double support time of the lower limbs.(2)When the box is pushed or pulled for walking,with the increase of the weight of the box,the front and rear shaking amplitudes and the left and right shaking amplitudes of the human trunk will increase to varying degrees,thus affecting the instability of the human trunk posture.In order to maintain the stability of the trunk posture,the trunk stability can be maintained by keeping the trunk in a forward leaning position and a left leaning position.(3)From the perspective of usage,the maximum value of the ground reaction force(GRF)of the left and right feet both increased significantly when the back-pulled box was compared to the side-pushed box.From the perspective of box weight,when the weight of pushing and pulling the box reaches 30% BW,regardless of the usage method,the maximum ground reaction force(GRF)of the right foot,and the dorsiflexion and toe flexion angles of the right ankle joint increase.
