With the development of low-temperature superconducting technology and the discovery of high-temperature superconducting materials,superconducting magnets are used more and more widely.It is a new technology with broad application prospects,which has attracted great attention of scientific researchers.Compared with conventional magnets,superconducting magnets have obvious advantages such as high current density,strong magnetic field,light weight,small volume and low loss.Uniform-field superconducting magnet is a kind of superconducting magnet device with more applications,which is widely used in nuclear magnetic resonance,magnetic pull monocrystalline silicon,electron vacuum gyrotron,relative reflection wave oscillator,particle accelerator,material science,bioengineering and other fields.In this paper,the design and analysis of 2T shimming superconducting magnet are studied.The main contents include three parts: the structural design of shimming superconducting coil,the electromagnetic simulation analysis of magnet,and the structural design and analysis of low-temperature constant temperature container.The specific contents include the following aspects:1.Design of shimming superconducting coil: Considering the main technical requirements,machining performance and economic benefits of magnet design,the rectangular low-temperature superconducting material Nb Ti is selected to wind the coil,and the conduction cooling mode of G-M refrigerator is used to cool the superconducting coil.Two structural design schemes of superconducting coils were proposed to study the influence of the magnetic structure parameters on the uniform region of ?80×400 mm.The two structural design schemes are as follows :(1)a pair of helmholtz coils;(2)Single solenoid structure.2.Electromagnetic simulation analysis: Using software to simulate and analyze the twodimensional magnetic field characteristics of superconducting Helmholtz coil and solenoid coil structure under rated current,obtaining the magnetic induction intensity and magnetic field distribution of shimming magnet,superconducting coil and shimming area,and analyze the non-uniformity and axial magnetic field distribution of shimming area.On this basis,a better coil structure is proposed,for the better design scheme,the two-dimensional and three-dimensional electromagnetic simulation analysis of the magnet is carried out to obtain more accurate magnetic field distribution information.The results show that the physical parameters of the shimming coil meet the design requirements.Based on the results of electromagnetic analysis,the electromagnetic characteristics of superconducting magnet such as energy storage under working current,maximum inductance and electromagnetic force on coil are analyzed,so as to provide reference basis and necessary parameters for the design of quench protection system of superconducting magnet,mechanical structure of coil and low-temperature constant temperature container.3.The structural design,as well as calculation check and mechanical analysis of vacuum dewar,cold screen,thermal insulation support structure,magnet framework,vacuum system and safety components in the low-temperature thermostat system are completed.Figure [131] table [23] reference [88]...
