In recent years,with the popularization of mobile transmission technology,mobile medical and telemedicine have developed rapidly,among which remote ECG monitoring has been promoted and applied in hospital monitoring,chest pain center and cardiac rehabilitation.Remote ECG monitoring can display and record the ECG status of patients in real time,capture and transmit abnormal physiological data in time,and help clinicians to diagnose and treat in time.Therefore,it can effectively reduce the disability rate and mortality rate of patients with cardiovascular diseases.In this paper,a set of ECG remote monitoring system based on browser/server(B/S)architecture and cloud Internet of things is designed to meet the needs of ECG mobile monitoring in hospitals and cardiac rehabilitation outside hospitals.The main research contents are as follows:(1)A mobile Bluetooth gateway is designed and developed.The gateway can receive all kinds of physiological data collected by Bluetooth BLE devices and send the data to the message server through 2G,4G or Wi Fi modules.The gateway adopts lightweight MQTT protocol and achieves stable data transmission with low power consumption.(2)A set of ECG remote monitoring framework based on browser/server(B/S)architecture and Io T-cloud is designed.The framework includes four parts: the MQTT message server,algorithm server,business logic server and cloud database.As the center of real-time data flow,MQTT message server communicates with sensors,algorithm servers and monitoring terminals through MQTT message server,which realizes the stable transmission of data and the separation of each functional module.(3)A browser-based ECG user interaction system is developed,whose main functions include user management,device distribution,data management,real-time display of ECG,display of warning information,various operations of ECG diagnosis,display and management of ECG monitoring report,etc.(4)All ECG algorithms in the early stage of the laboratory are combed and integrated,and applied to the remote monitoring system of ECG to realize the early warning of frequent ventricular premature beats,ventricular tachycardia,atrial fibrillation,arrest and other malignant arrhythmias.The whole system is deployed on Ali Cloud,and all operations are based on the browser.Therefore,in the process of use,users do not need to deploy the server separately,nor do they need to install any software.After many tests,the system has been proved to run stably.The system has the characteristics of low maintenance and use cost,strong extensibility and so on,which is expected to be applied in the field of out-of-hospital cardiac rehabilitation and in-hospital mobile monitoring.
