Neutral atom manipulation technology contributes to a series of precision measurement,sensing and information processing devices.However,the miniaturization of ultra-cold atom experimental equipment is limited by the size of traditional optical devices.Based on the rapid development of micro-nano fabrication technologies and integrated circuit,miniaturization and on-chip integration of atomic control devices have been proposed in order to promote the application of cold atom technology.Metamaterials mainly consist of periodic subwavelength metals or dielectric materials.They can precisely control the phase and polarization of the incident light,and produce special electromagnetic and optical phenomenon.Therefore,it provides a new method for designing atomic chips based on metamaterials.In this paper,we propose a metalens based on metamaterials to create an optical storage ring.The material of the cell substrate is Si O2,and that of the microstructure is Si.By scanning different heights and different duty ratios,we build a cell structure library which can cover the phase adjustment in the range of(-?,?),while maintaining high transmittance.Then,we construct a three-dimensional focused hollow beam storage ring at the focal plane of metalens,and obtain the intensity distributions of the storage ring in free space and propagation characteristics.Finally,we use the Monte-Carlo simulation to study the dynamic process of MgF molecules in the storage ring.
