As a new manufacturing model,cloud manufacturing improves resource sharing and resource utilization through unified management and scheduling of resources from companies with different geographical locations,and at the same time,it can respond to the personalized needs of the market faster.The related research of cloud manufacturing will help to realize the development of China's manufacturing to China's creation.Researchers have conducted a lot of fruitful research on the issues of personalized product configuration decision-making and personalized production configuration decision-making.However,the above-mentioned research is mainly from the research of a single product,or the combination of a single product and the supply chain.It is rare to study product and production configuration decision-making issues from the perspective of "Internet +" cloud manufacturing.However,with the rapid development of Internet-related technologies,small and medium-sized enterprises can make full use of industrial Internet technology to realize cloud R?D and design,and their business systems are gradually migrating to the cloud.Integrating resources,designing,and organizing production through the Industrial Internet and cloud manufacturing platforms,so that manufacturing companies can customize individual products for users,and achieve precise docking of production and manufacturing.In the cloud manufacturing environment,how to jointly consider product configuration and production configuration decisions is a worthwhile research topic.The main research contents of this article are as follows:First,based on the analysis and review of the current research status of cloud manufacturing,product configuration and production configuration,the theme of this article is proposed.The research significance,innovation and technical route of this article are explained.The related theories involved in the research: cloud manufacturing related theories and related theories of multi-objective optimization are analyzed,which provides theoretical support for subsequent research.Secondly,it discusses and compares the characteristics of product configuration under traditional manufacturing mode and product configuration under cloud manufacturing environment,analyzes the feasibility and necessity of product configuration under cloud manufacturing environment,and the related technologies involved in modular product configuration,based on Modular product configuration technology establishes a mathematical model of product configuration in a cloud manufacturing environment with the optimization goal of minimizing product configuration costs,and designs a solution algorithm for product configuration problems in a cloud manufacturing environment.Finally,an experimental case is used to analyze the cloud manufacturing environment.The product configuration problem under is solved and analyzed.Finally,on the basis of the previous research,the product configuration decision in the cloud manufacturing environment and the production configuration decision in the cloud manufacturing environment are established on the basis of the joint configuration cost minimization,the shortest product delivery period and the best product quality.A joint decision model for product configuration and production configuration in a multiobjective cloud manufacturing environment.The case is solved by a multi-objective solution algorithm,and the experimental results of the joint configuration are analyzed.By comparing the experimental results of separate configuration of product configuration and production configuration and the experimental results of joint configuration of product configuration and production configuration,it is concluded that from the perspective of target optimization in the cloud manufacturing environment,joint configuration is better than separate configuration.
