Recently,Due to the development of plasmonics and non-volatile high-density magnetic storage device,researchers are more and more interested in how to easily and efficiently fabricate large area of micro metallic structure by electrodeposition.Main path of Traditional electrochemical deposition to produce periodical structure is to make use of the chemical spontaneous oscillation.Here we put forward a method without use of any spatial template to produce metallic nanowires array by applying a sin waveform voltage across electrodes to change the deposition speed periodically.We also for the first time study the deposition of nanowires array on the arbitrarily-shaped rough 3D substrate which provides a new prospect to fabricate 3D metallic nano structure and a good way to avoid the random of self-assembling and the restrictions of traditional micro-fabrication.The main four parts are included as follows:1)On the basis of the former studies,we propose a new method to produce cobalt nanowires array in ultrathin layer electrodeposition system without using any templates.By applying a sin waveform voltage,we tune the growth speed periodically to make nanowires array.In our system,we can easily tune the width and spatial distance by changing the voltage and the frequency.The width can be tuned from 55nm to 235nm.The periodical can be tuned from 78nm?1.755?m.Magnetic nanowire arrarys were fabricated to study the magnetic property and magnetic state after different magnetization.2)We also found that this method can not only be applied to grow nanowires array on flat substrate and can also be applied to grow 3D nanowires array on rough substrate surface.The nanowire arrays can adapt to the landscape of the rough substrate.This method was first time reported and can be a unique way to fabricate 3D micro-structure with low cost.3)Further studies show that we can use this method to make double layers nanowire arrays.Above the first layer of nanowires array,we deposit 120nm in thickness SiO2 as insulating layer.Then we deposit the second layer of nanowires array on SiO2.The line width and periodicity of the two layers can be separately controlled.These two perpendicular nanowires array layers can be important in magnetic storage device.And this method can also be used to metallic alloy system like NiFe and CoNi4)Because of the excellent optical properties of silver,we want to make periodical silver nanowires array.But under the same experimental condition,we can't get the silver nanowires array.Instead,flake-like single crystal silver was produced and the light waveguide and CL in the single crystal silver was studied.
