With the development of the global industry, environmental pollution problems have become increasingly prominent.Characteristics of heavy metal ions are toxic, easily dissolved in water and soil.Prolonged contact heavy metal ions, such as Cr(VI),Cu(II),Pb(II)and so on,could cause a series of diseases. Therefore, removal of heavy metals from water is a hot-spot in environmental remediation. In this paper,TPEE@LDH,PA6@LDH,amino-modified PS/TPU@SiO2composite nanofibrous membranes were fabricated by electrospinning technique combined with inorganic nanoparticle adsorption materials to remove heavy metals.SEM,EDS,FTIR,XRD,ICP proved the following conclusions.First, the crystal of LDH successfully attached to the surface of TPEE nanofibrous membranes, adsorption capacity can be achieved to the maximum 44 mg/g,and satisfies the second-order equation.Second, successfully prepared amino-modified PS/TPU@SiO2 composite nanofibrous membranes, which have a special groove-like structure in the surface and nano SiO2 particles we re aligned in,and maximum adsorption capacity of these could be attend 62 mg/g,the process of adsorption satisfied the second-order equation. Finally, there were nanoparticles growed in the surface of PA6 nanofiber and the research of adsorption isotherm suggested that the adsorption of Cr(VI)onto the membrane was the Langmuir adsorption and the Cr(VI)adsorption capacity from water can be as high as 242mg per gram of nanofibrous membrane. That three nanofibrous membrane showed a high and fast efficiency, easily separated from liquid solutions and excellent cyclic utilization performance. Therefore, such a novel nanofibrous membrane can be potentially widely used in heavy metals.
