"Smog or Haze”and other air pollution problems affect people's production and life,and also do some harm to people's health,thus alleviate air pollution problem is urgently needed.Electrospinning nanofiber membranes with a small fiber diameter,large specific surface area,the network structure,as well as good pore connectivity,which can be used as a kind of fiber filter effectively to remove the tiny particles in the air.In this paper,in order to obtain high efficiency filter material with low resistance to achieve the purpose of purifying air,a variety of composite nanofiber membrane filters were prepared by electrospinning technique.The main research contents are as follows:1.the PET/TPEE nanofiber membrane was fabric by electrospinning technology supported by PET non-woven fabric.The morphology of the fiber was better when the blend ratio was 4:1.DSC,TG characterization indicates that blending is amorphous,melt temperature and weightlessness temperature between two monomer;DYLOS air quality tester tests reveals filtration efficiency increase slowly with the increase of surface density.To improve fiber membrane filtration efficiency,Ti O2 was added to the electrospinning solution in order to increase the roughness of fiber surface.Moreover,the filter efficiency for PM2.5 can reach97.78%;2.The st?ber sol-gel method was used to prepared spherical Si O2,then add it into the PET solution to prepare PET/Si O2 composite nanofiber membrane which is supported by PET non-woven fabric and the mean fiber diameter is 610 nm.Nanoscale spherical Si O2 combined with PET,in the form of physical blending composite nanofibers membrane filtration effect is remarkable,but the filtration resistance is too large.To reduce the filtration resistance,convert PP non-woven fabric as support layer,at the same time BTEAC was used as the electric reinforcing agent,after that the filtration efficiency can reach 99.99%,and the filtering resistance is small;3.Supported by PP non-woven fabric layer,the TPEE,PA6 nanofiber composite membrane affect the performance of fiber membrane filtration,and pure TPEE,PA6 nanofiber membrane was compared.The diameter of TPEE and PA6 nanofiber was 384 nm and 109 nm,respectively.When TPEE/PA6 composite in mixed way that filtering performance is better.Under the condition that filtration efficiency can reach 98.95%and have no filtration resistance,average pore diameter is 1.2717?m.
