The leakage blocking with pressure technology without fire of FRP oil pipeline is a new maintenance technology,but due to the complexity of the material mechanical properties of FRP pipeline,there is certain blindness in the determination of the pressure of injecting sealant and the selection of plugging clamps,so in order to ensure the safety of the pipeline construction,the leakage blocking with pressure technology of FRP is studied in this paper from the aspects of experiment and ANSYS simulation.Firstly,this paper is to study the overall characteristics of FRP pipeline and mechanical properties on the basis of investigation and analysis,then to determine the modeling method,failure criteria,and process analysis suitable for FRP pipeline through the comparative analysis,and provides the basis for the verification of the finite element model by doing injecting experiments to FRP pipeline.Secondly,to carry out simulation analysis to FRP pipeline by using clamps with lining and without lining.Thirdly,to do simulations and single factor analysis to the safe pressure of injecting sealant of FRP pipeline in different working conditions with different defect forms.Finally,the simulation results are analyzed in multiple factors.The experimental results and finite element analysis show that:(1)The safe pressure of injecting sealant can be better simulated in the FRP oil pipeline by using the larninated modeling method and T'sai-wu failure criterion,and the fin ite element model is determined to be accurate and reliable.(2)The FRP pipeline under the action of a clamp with a lining can withstand a higher safe pressure of injecting sealant,so the clamp with lining is better than that without lining.(3)When the elliptical defect shape is closer to the circle,the safe pressure of injecting sealant increases.The pipe wall thickness,the distance between the seal cavity and the edge of defect,and defect size have great influence on the safe pressure of injecting sealant of FRP pipeline with the circular defects and elliptical defects.(4)The experimental calculating formula of the safe pressure of injecting sealant of FRP pipeline with the circular defects and elliptical defects is obtained through the fitting formula of the simulation results.The research results of this paper provide a basis for the safety construction of FRP pipeline,which has a strong theoretical guidance to the field.
