Research and development of green and clean new energy sources is an effectve way to ease the problem of fossil energy shortage.At present,the development and application of solar cells have been widely used,but the higher cost has become the main limiting factor of its application.Therefore,it has become a hot area of research around the world that developing low-cost and high conversion efficiency of new solar cells.Among them,Ti O2 has become an ideal material for the preparation of photovoltaic cells.And It is a problem to be solved quickly,which how to increasethe load on the Ti O2surface,effective suppression of the electron hole recombination in optical excitation,improved electron mobility The study shows that the Ti O2nanotubes is an ideal material with an increasing load capacityce due to its large inner surface area,and improvement of photovoltaic performen because of modifying surface by adsorption Cd S?Fe,and so on.Meanwhile,the polyoxometalates(POMS)is also a typical discrete anionic compounds,which can be used as a good electron acceptor.It can capture the electron in the conduction band of Ti O2and transfer it to the electrode.so as to improve the electron mobility and photoelectric conversion efficiency.In this thesis,we achieved the Ti O2film by hydrothermal method and foiled Ti O2 nanotube arrays by anodic oxidation method in preparation of metal Ti.By morphology characterization on the two kinds of structure,though investigating the photovoltaic properties by assembling the DSSC device based on the two hybrid films.The results showed that Ti O2 nanotube structure of light energy conversion efficiency is1.85 times that of the film structure.In order to improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the Ti O2nanotube,by using the feature of POMS,that is,the ability to accept electronic.By using the method of electrochemical deposition on the Ti O2 nanotube to deposite over different kinds of POMS,and optimizing the electrodeposition voltage,deposition time and the experimental parameters of POMS concentration,we got"Si W12/Ti O2,PW12/Ti O2,PMo12/Ti O2nanocomposite film".At the same time,we studied the morphology,crystal structure,growth mechanism of three"POMS/Ti O2 nanocomposite film".Further,the above three kinds of Ti O2 nanocomposite film assembled"sandwich"structure of photovoltaic device.By comparing their light energy conversion efficiency,we obtained that the overall power conversion efficiency of"Si W12/Ti O2 nanocomposite film"is 3.62%which is 4.89 times that of Ti O2nanotube.The above energy efficiency of"PW12/Ti O2 nanocomposite film"is 2.6%,which is 3.51 times of Ti O2nanotube and"PMo12/Ti O2 nanocomposite film"is 2.7%,which is 3.64 times of Ti O2nanotube.It is indicated that the polyoxometalates have an auto-action acceleration facilitation to the light energy conversion efficiency of Ti O2 nanotube,and at the same time,We analyzed the above three kinds of"POMS/Ti O2 nanocomposite film".The photoelectric conversion efficiency of"Si W12/Ti O2 nanocomposite film"is the best in the structure of three"POMS/Ti O2 nanocomposite film".In order to further improve the light energy conversion efficiency of Ti O2 photovoltaic device.In this thesis,the"Cd S/Ti O2 nanocomposite film"and"Cd S/Si W12/Ti O2 nanocomposite film"were prepared by the electrodeposition,through the morphology characterization"Si W12/Ti O2 nanocomposite film"after deposit a certain amount of Cd S,the results show that some"Si W12/Ti O2nanocomposite film"nozzles were plugged by Cd S.Through investigating the the photovoltaic properties and comparing the performance,we found that the latter photoelectric conversion efficiency was only 1.11%.This demonstrate that the effect of the Cd S quantum dots on the surface structure of Si W12/Ti O2nanocomposite membrane is not ideal,and still need to further explore its sedimentary conditions and structure of the composite membrane,in order to improve the of photoelectric conversion efficiency of"Cd S/Si W12/Ti O2nanocomposite film"and the synergy of polyoxometalates,Cd S.
