In recent years,illegal chemical synthetic drug had been reported as an additive during hypoglycemic health products processing by some merchants,the safety of hypoglycemic health products has increasingly become the concern of the relevant departments and the vast number of patients.In order to solve these problems,two promising methods have been established:Magnetic nano-iron oxide(M)was prepared by the co-precipitation method.First graphene oxide(G)was coated onto the surface of M,then tetraethoxysilane(TEOS)was modified onto the surface of MG that can make them more sturdy,thus MGT nanoparticles were formed.At last,Core-shell magnetic polymers(MGTP?)were prepared by using acrylic acid(AA)as functional monomer,ethyleneglycol dimethacrylate(EGDMA)as cross-linking agent,and hydroxy-modified MGT nanoparticles as the magnetic core.Morphology,structure,magnetic properties,thermal stability and adsorptivity of MGTP ?were characterized by Field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),vibrating sample strong magnetic analysis(VSM),thermogravimetric analysis(TGA)and Energy Dispersive Spectrometer(EDS).The adsorption kinetics and adsorption thermodynamic studied by re-binding experiments which can decide the types of adsorption models of the MGTP?.The results showed that the MGTP has a fast adsorption equilibrium ?and nice adsorption capacity.The MGTP can be applied to the enrichment and ?determination of tolbutamide in hypoglycemic health products with the recoveries of spiked hypoglycemic granule,hypoglycemic tablets,and hypoglycemic tea ranging from 88.91 to 95.20,81.63 to 107.49,and 92.10 to 102.99 %,respectively,and the RSD was ?2.53%.The durability test shows that the MGTP?can reuse more than 4 times by re-binding experiments.Core-shell magnetic polymers(MGTP?)were prepared similarly except the change of the inventory rating between AA and EGDMA,which becomes a nanoscale materials.Morphology,structure,magnetic properties,thermal stability and adsorptivity of MGTP were charact? erized by FESEM,FTIR,VSM,X-Ray Diffraction(XRD),TGA,and EDS.The adsorption kinetics and adsorption thermodynamic studied by re-binding experiments which can decide the types of adsorption models of the MGTP?.Finally MGTP ?were applied to the enrichment and determination of glibenclamide in hypoglycemic health products,thus a promising method is developed to conveniently detect the illegal addition of glibenclamide in hypoglycemic health products.The recoveries of spiked hypoglycemic granule,hypoglycemic tablets,and hypoglycemic tea ranging from80.02 to 87.28,80.50 to 83.02,and 80.25 to 80.92%,respectively,and the RSD was ?1.97%.The durability test shows that the MGTP?can reuse more than 3times by re-binding experiments.
