With the development of synthetic chemistry and electronics,organic semiconductor has received a widespread attention from people,especially the polymer semiconductor has become the focus target of scientific research.Compared with traditional inorganic semiconductor,the preparation and processing of polymer semiconductor is easy and inexpensive.Because fluorene semiconductor not only has high fluorescent efficiency,but also can be post-decorated,it is a lovable material to be applied in organic electroluminescent devices,laser and field effect transistor.Therefore the pertinence of the semiconductor design and synthesis of fluorene class has become a key research direction,but blue light emitting diode(PLED)materials have become a big obstacle in the technological commercialization.This paper simply introduces the basic principle of organic electroluminescent and luminescent material,commonly used on fluorene materials were described in detail.At the same time we designed and synthesized a series of screw fluorene based features unique polymer semiconductor materials.And we make a good study on their chemical and physical properties.Specific content is as follows:1.2,7-dibromo fluorenone was chosen as raw material,synthetic oxygen heteroatom different steric screw cyclization,and further through a Yamamoto reaction introducing the spiro compounds to polyfluorene to prepare PSFX and PSFDBX,characterization results show that this kind of material is a kind of relatively stable blue material.2.2,7-dibromo fluorenone was act as raw materials,synthesis of nitrogen heteroatom screw cyclization and content,and further through a Yamamoto reaction introducing the spiro compounds to polyfluorene to prepare PFDBA,we put it as a light-emitting layer and prepare a PLED device,whose luminous performance is studied,the results show that it is a kind of more stable blue light material than polyfluorene,and good solubility in organic solvent,which give him the great prospect of commercialization application.3.By the method of light oxidation of nitrogen heteroatom of screw cyclization,we get an oxidation product.Then we prepare a copolymer which contains fluorene unitsand the oxidation product,due to the formation of carbonyl group,the PLED electroluminescent device performance of this material is very poor.We try to further study the application of it in other aspects,in different concentrations of three(5 fluorobenzene)borane,the polymer can realize different colors of photoluminescence.4.We prepare a compound containing an alkoxy of 9,9-diaryl fluorene by the ingenious application of Baeyer-Villiger reaction,and select the front prepared good solubility spiro compounds with benzene boric acid ester,by Suzuki reaction we get four fluorene benzene alternating copolymer.The PODPFB showed very good spectral stability and good thermal stability.
