Studies On The Addition And Cyclization Reaction Of Aromatic Hydrazide Compounds

In this paper,we have demonstrated the research of the aryl sulfonyl hydrazide and aryl formyl hydrazide compounds.We have introduced the synthesis and the main research these compounds participate in.And we have reviewed the copper-catalyzed synthesis of sulfonamides via sulfonyl hydrazides with azobenzenes and base-catalyzed synthesis of pyrazolines via benzoyl hydrazides with alkynones.This paper includes four chapters.Chapter 1:Research progress in the synthesis and reactions of aryl sulfonyl hydrazidesIn this chapter,we have simply introduced the general methods of synthesizing aryl sulfonyl hydrazides.Sulfonyl hydrazides have stable properties,low toxicity,the advantages of easy operation,and they have been widely used in organic synthesis.Its structure includes hydrazine group and sulfone group,and they mainly as reducing agents.They undergo the sulfonic acid anion or radical as sulfone group sources or thioether group sources.Chapter 2:Research progress in the synthesis and reactions of aryl formyl hydrazidesIn this chapter,we have introduced the traditional and improved methods of synthesizing aryl formyl hydrazides.Then we explore the addition and cyclization reactions these compounds participating in organic reactions according to their structure.Aryl formyl hydrazides can undergo Michael reaction with carbon-carbon double bond or carbon-carbon triple bond.Then the products can form bioactive nitrogen heterocyclic compounds through cyclizing.Chapter 3:Copper-catalyzed synthesis of sulfonamides via sulfonyl hydrazides with azobenzenesSulfonamide compounds have a wide range of biological activity in medicine and pesticide fields,therefore they have become a hot spot of research in recent years.Before through the summary of the work and unremitting efforts,the first time we have successfully tried to use benzene sulfonyl hydrazide as the sulfone source and azobenzene as amine source.The reaction has been carried out in the presence of Cu O,TBHP and Fe Cl₂·4H₂O.Chapter 4:Base-catalyzed synthesis of pyrazolines via benzoyl hydrazides with alkynonesPyrazoline derivatives are a kind of important five nitrogen heteroeyclic compounds which are widely used in biological fields such as medicine and pesticide fields.We successfully built a new method of synthesis multisubstituted pyrazoline.In the presence of Na OH,benzhydrzides react with 1,3-diphenyl-2-propyn-1-on undergoing the cleavage of carbon-carbon triple bond and formation of C-N bond.This method is easy operating,mild,environment friendly and have broad application prospects.
