Photochromic compounds attracted widespread attention due to their unique optical properties.Spiro-oxazine compounds is one kind of the important photochromic compounds,which has excellent optical properties.For single Spiro-oxazine compound,the bisspiro-oxazine photochromic compounds improved their stability and fatigue resistance,and exhibited better photochromic phenomenon.Based on the research of photochromic compounds,series of bisspiro-oxazine photochromic compounds were synthesized using 2,6-dihydroxynaphthalene and1,5-diaminonaphthalene as the starting materials.The structures of the synthesized compounds were confirmed by HRMS and NMR.By testing the optical properties of the spiro-oxazine compounds,compound 14 and 15 showed good stabilities and fatigue resistances.The antitumor activities for Hep G2 and MCF-7 of the new compounds have been preliminarily evaluated by MTT assay.It showed that the compound 14 exhibited good anti-tumor activities,and better than cisplatin.In addition,we tried the synthetic conditions of anthraquinone-imidazole cyanine dyes by using 1,2-Diaminoanthraquinone as the starting materials.
