As we all known,the production of aromatic organic complexes,taken place by substitution reaction with bromine,is an important intermediate for the synthesis of chemical raw materials most of which have anticancer and antibacterial effects.One of the most traditional ways for bromine oxidation of aromatic complexes is electrophilic substitution,which still has many shortcomings.Therefore,it is a hot research to find a safe and pollution-free catalyst with good selectivity.Scientists have found bromine groups can be introduced to organic complexes by brominated peroxides,in which the presence of vanadium was found.The structure of vanadium bromoperoxidase(V-Br PO)also has been identified,which is an important catalyst for the formation of brominated aromatic organic complexes.While the natural enzyme is a kind of protein,still has many shortcomings.Therefore,simulating the natural enzyme activity center to design and synthesis vanadium model complex with the same catalytic effect has become the one of the research hotspots for researchers.In this thesis,we designed and synthesized 4 vanadium oxide cluster complexes with different structure as well as a class of VO2 nanomaterials by changing the reaction conditions.All of vanadium oxide cluster complexes were characterized by IR spectra,thermal analysis and X-ray single crystal diffraction,etc.VO2 nanomaterials were characterized by IR,XRD and SEM.In addition,we first tested the bromination catalytic activity of vanadium oxide cluster complexes as well as VO2 nanomaterials and discussed the influence between the change of reaction system and catalytic activity.We have proposed the catalytic bromination mechnism for them.(?)...
