The microstructures and textures of hot rolled sheet and normalized plate of a new type of low temperature grain oriented silicon steel were studied by OM and EBSD technologies etc.And the effects of primary cold rolling reduction rate on the microstructures and textures of hot rolled sheet were analyzed.The hot rolling and normalizing plates of the grain oriented silicon steel were rolled by primary cold rolling and secondary cold rolling methods respectively.And the transformation of the microstructures and textures of each stage under different cold rolling processes was analyzed.The following conclusions were obtained:There are obvious microstructure and texture gradients in the thickness direction of the hot-rolled plate.The Goss texture mainly exits in the surface and sub-surface of the hot-rolled plate,and the center layer mainly consists of rotating cubic texture.The normalized plate fully inherits the characters of microstruct ures of the hot rolled sheet.And the main texture type in the surface and sub-surface layer is still the Goss texture.When the hot-rolled plate is in the process of primary cold rolling,with the increasing of the cold rolling reduction rate,the ? fiber texture and the ? fiber texture gradually increase,and the obvious change is that the ? fiber texture of the center layer gradually appears.The strength of the {112}<110> texture of the ? fiber texture and the{111}<110> texture of the ? fiber texture gradually increases and the overall strength of the ? fiber texture of each layer gradually increases.For the hot-rolled samples,the Goss phase of the finished product obtained by the secondary cold rolling method is more accurate and the magnetic induct ion intensity is higher.For the normalized samples,the magnetic induction intensity of the finished product obtained by the primary cold rolling method is higher.For this kind of composition of the grain oriented silicon steel,the magnetic properties o f the hot rolled sheet are better when using secondary cold rolling method,while the magnetic properties of the normalized sheet are better when using primary cold rolling method.Figure45;Table9;Reference 60...
