Presently,there is still a big gap in quality,accuracy and operational stability between the related domestic honeycomb paperboard processing equipment and the imported equipment.Low production efficiency and long material drying time caused by the thermal energy consumption is the most important two forms of expression of the domestic processing equipment immature.Recently,in order to reduce the cost of production of honeycomb paperboard,most packaging enterprises have changed the original angle of paper-the edge of the outer edge of the wrapping methods to adopt the new "passive" way-using its paper allowance to carry out the bonding and edging processing though the corn starch plastic.To a certain extent,this way could reduce production costs,but it also could affect the overall performance of honeycomb paperboard because of the water-soluble property of the corn starch glue,especially the side pressure and the cushioning performance of the flattening press.In view of the above problems,it is necessary to carry out the secondary drying treatment on the honeycomb paper board after the "passive" edge wrapping.Presently,the study of the "passive" wrapping machine drying system is still in the research process,and it is of great theoretical significance and application value in the research of drying system in honeycomb paper board "passive" package edge production process.The process of honeycomb cardboard "passive" edge wrapping machine operation mainly contains the wrapping system and drying system.Based on the existing of "passive" edge wrapping system,this paper proposes a new design scheme of the honeycomb paperboard "passive" edge-baking machine drying system,which includes drying structure of the overall design and temperature system control.The details are as follows:In the first chapter,the general theoretical knowledge of honeycomb paperboard and the drying mechanism of the material are briefly summarized by referring to a large number of related references,and the origin,background,significance of the research areclarified.In the second chapter,through the calculation and analysis of the basic properties of the honeycomb paperboard and the corn starch gum to construct the integral part of the drying structure,and it mainly involves the theoretical analysis and the overall specification design of the electric heating plate.Secondly,in this chapter,it simply describes the operation flow of the drying structure and the general description of PLC motion control.In the third chapter,the temperature rise model is established based on the manufacturer's electric heating plate soaring curve,then analyze the theories of the conventional PID control,fuzzy control and parameter self-tuning fuzzy PID control in detail and get on Simulink simulation.The simulation results show that the parameter self-tuning fuzzy-PID control can better meet the requirements of practicality and stability of drying system.In the fourth chapter,it mainly analyzes the basic properties of honeycomb paperboard before and after "passive" bead drying by referring to the relevant standards and gets on the analysis about the stress(?)-strain(?)of flattening and lateral pressure by ANSYS simulation software in the absence of test equipment.From the corresponding simulation of the cloud map,we can find that the honeycomb paperboard side pressure,flat pressure of the overall performance are more obvious improvement after drying,especially the lateral pressure performance.
