Asphalt pavement has been widely used in China because of its high smoothness,favorable resistance,low noise,little pollution and convenient maintenance.However,the black color of asphalt pavement,high absorption rate of solar radiation in summer,a lot of heat is absorbed by asphalt pavement which results in rutting and potential risk.And high temperature of asphalt pavement will radiate a large amount of heat to the air,increasing urban "heat island effect".Therefore,in thesis heat-reflective coating material was developed with the main goal of reducing the asphalt pavement temperature.The cooling effect,road performance,construction technology and cost were systematicly researched and evaluated.Firstly,the thermal and thermal effects of asphalt pavement were analyzed based on heat balance principle,and the heat balance equation was established.The temperature field of asphalt pavement was simulated by ABAQUS software.The influencing factors of temperature field were analyzed,and the cooling mechanism was studied.Through the comparison of materials,indoor and outdoor cooling test,comprehensive analysis to determine the heat reflective coating in the matrix material,pigments and fillers,the best amount of curing agent:acrylic resin and epoxy resin in accordance with the ratio of 1:1 as a matrix material,Hollow glass beads accounted for 25%of the mass of the matrix material,rutile titanium dioxide accounted for 20%of the base material quality,potassium hexatitanate whisker(PTW)resin,glass beads,titanium dioxide mixture of 15%,curing agent Polyamide accounts for 40%of the matrix material-filler mixture.The indoor cooling test,the most significant indoor cooling rate of 24?,cooling effect was significant.Tensile strength can reached 2.82MPa and elongation at break was 27.3%when the amount of curing agent was 40%.At this time,the tensile strength and toughness of the coating were the best.After the pull test test,heat-reflective coating drawing failure strength of 4.51 MPa.The anti skid test showed that the optimum coating amount of the thermal reflective coating was 2mm,and the pendulum value was 59,which met the requirements of 45BPN.Secondly,the indoor and outdoor cooling tests of the developed heat reflective coatings showed that the maximum temperature of outdoor temperature was 16.The mechanism of cooling was discussed by infrared spectrum and differential thermal analysis.The road performance of the heat reflective coating was studied.Through the drawing test,the tensile failure strength of the heat reflective coating was 4.51 MPa.The wear test showed that the wear value of the heat reflective coating was 216.93 g/m2.In the end,the construction technology and economic performance of the heat reflective coating were analyzed.The research showed that the construction technology of the heat reflective coating was simple.The cost price was 57.47 yuan/m2,which was about 200 yuan/m2 lower than that of Japan's heat reflective coating,which was about 40%lower than the cost price of domestic similar heat reflective coatings.
