In this paper,nylon 6 fabrics were used as substrates,and the surface of the fabrics was modified by using different reagents.The improvement of the electroless copper pretreatment process was studied.The preparation process of the electroless copper plating catalyst layer for nylon 6 fabrics was optimized.The dimethyl sulfoxide was studied.(DMSO)Swelling treatment effect on nylon 6 fabric,and chlorination treatment of fabric nylon 6 with sodium hypochlorite and sodium chloride solution,so that the surface of the fiber has pits and increase in diameter,and the binding fastness between the fiber surface and the plating layer is improved.Under the conditions of less loss of strength,improve the gloss,fastness and other properties of copper-plated fabrics.Through comparison of different process parameters,the surface morphology,weight gain rate,electrical conductivity and fastness of the coating were analyzed to optimize the copper plating process for nylon 6 fabrics.The specific research content of this topic is as follows:(1)Nylon 6 fabric was surface swelled with DMSO reagent to study its effect on fiber swelling,and the surface fastness of nylon 6 fabric and coating was explored,and the optimum process conditions were finally determined.(2)Study on the presence of catalytic silver-silver and silver chloride particles on the surface of fibers and the weight gain rate and surface resistance of the copper-plated fabrics after analyzing and treating the sodium hypochlorite solution with different concentrations of sodium hypochlorite.Fastness to determine the concentration of sodium hypochlorite solution that can achieve better plating results;(3)Nylon 6 fabric was treated with sodium chloride solution,and the effect of chloride ion concentration,treatment time,and treatment temperature on the surface and plating of nylon 6fabric was analyzed by a single-factor parallel experiment.The results showed that sodium chloride solution was applied to the nylon 6 fabric.Optimize process conditions for processing and verify by orthogonal test design;(4)Silver ammonia solution and silver nitrate solution were used in the fabric activation stage to analyze the effect of the two on the copper plating results.It was concluded that the effect of silver ammonia solution was better than that of silver nitrate solution.Therefore,nylon 6 solution was used to activate the nylon 6 fabric.deal with;(5)The magnetic field was added during the fabric reduction process,and the effect on the nylon 6 fabric under ultrasonic conditions was analyzed.Through the analysis of the surface morphology,weight gain rate,electrical conductivity,and fastness of the copper plating fabric,the external magnetic field conditions were found.The effect on the surface modification and copper plating effect of the nylon 6 fabric is affected,but the effect is not satisfactory.
