The straddle monorail vehicle is a typical urban rail vehicle system,and its structure is similar to the subway vehicle,but its bogie structure is completely different from the subway vehicle.The uniqueness of the monorail bogie structure determines that its travel mechanism is quite different from that of subway vehicles.It determines that the research of safety and reliability for metro vehicles and the relatively complete safety guarantees that are not fully suitable for straddle monorails.So we need to analyze the operational safety and reliability of straddle monorail vehicles,and find out the key factors affecting the safety and reliability,to evaluate the safety and reliability level of straddle monorail vehicles.The specific content of this study is as follows:1)For the structure and technical characteristics of the straddle monorail vehicle,combined with the operation malfunction record data of the Chongqing Railway Company's straddle monorail vehicle,refer to the?Chongqing Rail Transit Straddle Monorail Traffic System Emergency Response Plan?and?The maintenance procedures of Monorail Vehicles?,have classified the fault level of the straddle monorail vehicle operation,and carried out statistical analysis on the fault data obtained according to the classification criteria of the vehicle operation fault level,learned the trend of vehicle fault change,and determined the main malfunction subsystem of the vehicle and the malfunction mode,and the FMEA method is used to analyze the fault manifestation,causes and effects of the main fault subsystem.2)Using the statistical model based on actual experience to determine the fault distribution model of the key subsystems affecting the safety and reliability of the straddle monorail vehicle operation,such as bogie system,door system,air brake system,traction system and train monitoring system,And the feature quantity and index of reliability are derived to realize the analysis of the reliability of each subsystem.The ISM model analysis is used to find out the direct influencing factors affecting the safety and reliability of the straddle monorail vehicle operation are the bogie and the door?3)Using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the factors affecting the safety and reliability of Chongqing straddle monorail vehicle operation.The evaluation results show that the overall operational safety reliability grade of Chongqing straddle monorail vehicle is "good",As well as the safety reliability grade of the door system,bogie system,air brake system and electric traction system are also "good".The evaluation results are consistent with the actual operation of the statistics,indicating that the safety and reliability of the straddle monorail traffic operation is high.At the same time,it verifies the suitability of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for the safety and reliability evaluation of the straddle monorail vehicle operationThe safety and reliability assessment results of the Chongqing straddle monorail vehicle are basically consistent with the actual operation.The safety reliability level prediction results for the straddle monorail vehicle bogie,door system,air brake system,and electric traction system are also basically consistent with the obtained fault data that displayed status.This study provides a reference for the safety and reliability assessment of straddle monorail vehicles.It provides a basis for clearing the maintenance of straddle monorail vehicles,establishing effective measures,controlling and reducing accidents,.And also providing guidance for the maintenance department of the straddle monorail vehicle operation to purchase vehicle spare parts and reduce enterprise operating costs.
