This thesis is divided into two parts.The first part briefly reviews the research progress of cross-dehydrogenation coupling reaction of glycine derivatives,including the following two aspects:(1)C-C bond coupling reaction;(2)C-heteroatom bond couplingling reaction.The second part mainly introduces my research results during my master's degree.Sp~3C-H arylation of N-arylglycine derivatives with electron-rich arenes cross-dehydrogenative under auto-oxidation is described in this paper.This atom-economical and environmentally benign reaction proceeds smoothly under mild reaction conditions,and the possible radical involved mechanism is proposed.
