The effect of Ti and N elements on the solid solution precipitation behavior of Ticontaining second phase is simulated by Thermo-calc software.The graph of the content of main precipitates changes with composition and temperature,and the solid solubility is obtained.The product formula guides the composition design of high Ti microalloyed steel.The solid solution formula was used to calculate the precipitation behavior of TiN and TiN,and the relationship between the N and Ti elements in microalloyed steel for the precipitation of TiN and TiN was obtained.The chemical composition ratio of the microalloyed steel was prepared by preparing three different compositions of slabs having Ti contents of 0.08%,0.10%,and 0.12%.Samples were selected from three kinds of slabs by wire cutting,SEM and TEM and energy spectrum analysis were carried out.The results were compared and analyzed.Finally,the slab containing Ti content of 0.1% was selected and thermally simulated by Gleeble-3500.The test machine was simulated by single pass compression test to study the effects of deformation temperature,deformation rate and deformation on the deformation resistance and recrystallization of high Ti microalloyed steel.They were hot rolled at different reductions to obtain two thickness gauge hot rolled sheets with thicknesses of 3.5 mm and 3 mm,respectively.The tensile specimen and the SEM specimen were cut out at the core and the edge of the hot-rolled sheet of the two specifications by wire cutting,and the tensile tensile specimen was subjected to a mechanical tensile tensile test to analyze the experimental data.The SEM and the tensile specimens of the core and the edge of the two-thickness hot-rolled sheet were observed by SEM,and the relationship between the microstructure and the properties was obtained.The reasonable feedback was used to guide the chemical composition of the high-Ti microalloyed steel.The design and the development of the rolling process further improve the overall mechanical properties of the high Ti microalloyed steel.Figure 25;Table 8;Reference 56...
